I brought in my laptop, and told them my laptop would not turn on with my charger, but it turned on and worked with my wife's charger. I thought that they would check it out and sell me a new charger. Instead, they told me the bios was defective on the motherboard. I was charged $150. Of course, when I brought the laptop home and plugged my laptop in my charger, in did not work. I went to the store, and told them about it. The tech called the owner, and at first, they spoke English and then continued the conversation not speaking English. They did not admit their mistake or give me my money back. Afsheen VERY disappointed this time. We had an agreement in writing that they would replace, with brand new, screen, battery and charging port for $139. When they handed me my phone back I could tell the charging port was not a brand new one and it was missing a screw. I couldn't believe they would hand it back to me that way. The reason they gave was, it's used but it's an original Apple charging port which is better and they were doing ME a favor If I took it as is, they would reduce to $119 for the used charging port. I told them if they could do it for $100, I'd be a happy customer for all the trouble. They refused and said I could wait LONGER, they've already had my phone for an week, and they would change it for me right away to a new one and honor the original price! ....honesty and just doing what you say you're gonna do is all I ask! And when you get caught lying, just own it. $100 is fair and would have made everything good. And saved a bad review. Or just doing what you said you were gonna do. That would have solved everything! At the end they did it for $119 but now the bottom of my phone is loose, I assume from having to open it all up again and doing what they should have done the first time. I usually deal with a gentleman that's the owner and he would have made better decisions and resolved this and retained a happy customer but the lady, Afsheen, Instead of agreeing to a $39 discount and being honest. Her pride got in the way, didn't want the customer to win. So now, Over $20 nobody's happy, my phone has unnecessary wear and tear, now it's loose at the bottom, they wasted an additional hour of the technicians time, my time, they get a bad review and they lose a life long customer. However when I walked in I was warmly greeted and they said they would give it a shot. I actually asked if they could do it a bit quickly and they said not a problem. Well--I am impressed. They replaced the screen (phone was run over by a car) and it works great. The cost was minimal too! Very professional and absolutely know what they are doing. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! I bought a "refurbished" iPhone 6s Plus, and it was the worst purchase I've ever made buying a cell phone. The main issue with the "refurbished" phone was how fast it drained power. I turned off all location services, notifications, and Siri for all my apps, including the "background refresh" option. I kept the screen brightness to super low and at times I felt forced to keep to set the phone to airplane mode because I was concerned of not being able to use it when I needed. I took it back to the store and they confirmed that it was draining battery faster than normal. They said they'd replace the battery with a new one and I was happy about their solution to this issue. After they "fixed" the problem, they gave me a call to come by and pick up the phone. I went to pick up the phone and went about my day. Thirty minutes later--not even an hour had gone by, and it was almost out of battery. It seemed they had lied to me. I became frustrated about how this could happen and somewhat confused about a new battery causing the same issue. I called back and told them nothing has changed. They asked me to bring it back and so I did the very next day. Long story short, I got it back after they "fixed" it for the SECOND time, and the problem seemed to persist. I didn't want to waste any more time or energy with this place and resorted to buying a new iphone at an AT&T store. I can't trust the workers here, their service, and definitely cannot trust their "refurbished" products. If you're reading this, save yourself the headache and pay for a new phone from a place that requires the products sold to be worthy of certification standards the big names like T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc. practice. read more

They originally were going to charge me $109 for a screen replacement, but they ended up not having to replace my screen. Instead, they fixed something internally and my phone is now as good as new! They only charged me $49 for the repair. My whole family comes here, and we are (unfortunately) regular customers. Do not bother dealing with this company if you want them to honor their 14 day warranty. I had my cellphone's glass screen replaced here and within 7 days it had a small crack on the screen right at the earphone area center top of the glass. This company does NOT provide any warranty paperwork either. You don't given get a written or printed receipt. They only email you an electronic receipt with minimal information. I called and talked to the store manager about it. The store manager refuse to honor their 14 day warranty to replace the glass screen. Store manager stated that we must have drop our cellphone for the crack to happen. UNREAL...I tried talking to him two times over 15 mins and got nowhere. I contacted my credit card company and my credit card company is refunding me the money spent for the repair. I live in the area and went here to have my shattered iPhone 6 screen replaced. it was $119 and I was originally very pleased with the job. HOWEVER, not even a week later 1/3 of my screen(LCD) went black after I had turned it off overnight to charge. I took it to apple (where I should have gone in the first place!!) and they pointed out that I had the wrong glass screen with in minutes with out me mentioning it!!! ********** DO NOT USE THEM ********** took in an ipad for a simple repair, and they managed to damage the backlight on the display. they insisted that it was working when it left the store (even though my wife couldnt turn it on in the parking lot) - said it left the store, so its not their problem. they would not fix it or replace it and just wanted to argue with me about it. i have since had another company (much more reputable) look at the ipad, and they confirmed my suspicion that they did not remove the battery connection before working on the ipad, and the soldering job was absolutely terrible and resulted in several spots of current flowing where it shouldnt. i am now out an $800 ipad, and will be taking them to court. read more
