I hate to say this, but I wouldn't recommend going here. The environment felt unprofessional. The staff were distracted, and one employee was on her phone watching videos. I called ahead and was told they only accept walk-ins, so I came in and waited for about an hour. During that time, I noticed multiple people arriving and being seen right away because they had appointments. When I brought up that I had called earlier, the front desk staff became defensive instead of addressing the concern. Plus they charged my co pay without being seen. On a better note, I ended up going to Memorial Hermann Health System just two miles down the road. The difference was night and day absolutely no wait time, a clean environment, and a professional, attentive staff. Just wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else read more

So we were seen at this facility recently and the front desk lady... although helpful, seemed irritated and short with her responses. I mean yes you are busy, but you are dealing with sick people!!! She could have been more compassionate. Nevertheless she got us processed. The doctor came in, did his exam and then explained medication. He explained well but no mention of overall care at home to get better. No print out or after care summary to know how to take care of myself. I asked him for it and he declined. This really shocked me!!! Sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. And when I asked for paper scripts told me I don't need them... SMH! What happened to the doctors that explain to you how to get better rather than just prescribe you medication and send you on your way? I was upset considering I asked for info as to what to eat/not eat, after care etc. and he said "you don't need it" WTH?! Not all bad. The nurse and X-ray tech were great. Special Shout out to NP Jason. He saw my kids. I explained to him my concern and he was amazing. Answered all questions, took the time to get me a visit summary print out, print out scripts, send her prescriptions to the CORRECT pharmacy, get my kid a doctor's note, even called me the following day to go over radiology results...just wow! He made my trip worth it. Thank you Jason! You are amazing!! All things considered, I don't think I will be back there anytime soon... So if you choose to go to next care Katy, just know what to expect. But for sure, Ask for Jason!!! Addition: would have given this place no stars, but because Jason was helpful I gave it 1 Star. Still would not recommend as you would need to deal with front desk and the doctor that was too busy to print scripts or explain how to really get better. Today I brought my two sons in to get a physical for Basketball and they had a lady that was at the front desk. She was very very helpful. She was very polite and she was helping every patient that was in the room at the time all at once she was doing a lot of multitasking and she was very respectful even when things got a a little hostile, she controlled everything and kept composure. If you make a payment during time of service to be seen, they save that payment and automatically take a future payment from it without your consent. Filing a formal complaint against them, according to them this is on the authorization forms you fill out. Don't give them your card information, or they will make themselves at home to it. read more

I came in and had the best experience. The beautiful lady at the front desk was super friendly and kind (i didn't catch her name it was around 6:30 on 3/8/24). Once i was in the room it was such a quick and easy consult to get me the medicine i needed. The doctor's aid Dominicko was so calming and even tho i had to get a steroid shot, he was so easy handed!! Melanie B. was my doctor and OMGOSH! Not a "real" urgent care as they only accept Texas health insurance as if claims aren't submitted electronically in a countrywide payor system. Receptionist was not personable and turned my husband away while he had Covid and needed urgent care. We found Preferred Urgent care and thankfully they accept most insurances, including ours which is not Texas based. read more

I thought I had pink eye since I was around someone who did have it. Went to this urgent care and the did the bare minimum. They didn't examine my eyes or anything, just made me read the eye chart. The physician only came near me to check my ears & breathing, not for my eye. Physician seemed scared to get too close to me like I was contagious. Seemed like the physician was more concerned about her lunch break that was being catered to the company I guess. Ultimately, I was diagnosed with allergies, advised to take Zyrtec, & was prescribed antibiotic eye drops. YES ANTIBIOTICS FOR ALLERGIES. After 5 days, the Antibiotic eye drops made my eyes severely worse I had to go to the ER, which the nurses & physicians there were also confused as to why I was prescribed antibiotic eye drops for allergies. Pictures are for reference of how irritated my eyes looked. Eyes were almost swollen shut by the time I went to the ER (about 10 times worse than the pics shown), sharp pain to touch, to look certain directions, or to close eyes firmly. Eyes were constantly watering which made me unable to drive for a few days. 24 hours off the eye drops and I'm practically healed. I will never go here or to another urgent care ever again. read more

I was so disappointed in my experience I will not be going back to this location. I was in for a sinus infection and made an appointment online. I then waited for over an hour in the waiting area with no interaction from the staff. They had no urgency to get people in and out. There was also several techs that were seen sitting around or walking around the office chatting. THE BEST URGENT CARE IN KATY! I was rushing back home after my visit with Dr. Beverly to hop on my laptop and RAVE about my wonderful experience I had here. Recently, I had a very unpleasant experience at the Next Level Cinco Ranch - located off of Spring Green Blvd. After speaking with the office managers, they referred me to this location so that I may get the proper treatment needed. The office is only about 15-20 minutes away from the Cinco Ranch location - right off i10 and Katy Fort Bend rd. Easy to access the clinic and plenty of parking. Office space is very big, spacious, and well kept. The front staff was very welcoming, friendly smiles, and acknowledged me as soon as I walked through the door. Check in was prompt and Coco (nurse) checked my vitals almost immediately once I was admitted into a room. Due to my previous experience at another urgent care, Dr. Beverly made sure to get me taken care of in a professional, kind manner. She was so attentive, considerate, understanding, and professional. She listened to all of my concerns and addressed all of my questions in a calm, thorough manner. Dr. Beverly did not dismiss any of my concerns and instead, took the EXTRA steps to make sure she didn't miss anything in regards to my illness. I received an additional statement for a rapid Covid test when I took my son. After paying 75 dollars for the rapid test, they sent me an additional 180 bill. (Not itemized by the way). So who really knows what I am paying for. Total rapid covid test cost - 255.00 (are you kidding me !!!!!) I have been to Next Level Urgent Care over the past 3 months for six different visits for an injured shoulder and for routine preventative care for needed COVID testing. I speak from experience as a veterinarian and businessman that operates a 24 hour veterinary hospital with eight doctors and 50 employees. Every time I have been to this clinic the staff has been extremely efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, concerned, and answered all of my questions. The front desk receptionist Vuressa, assistants Rachel and Sara, and PA Karen Lopez were all very very helpful tonight. I decided to write this review because I have been here six times and every time the experience has been positive. I am extremely impressed with how efficient and organized the team works and manages the flow of patients. In fact, I'm going to contact their hospital administrator to find out what they're doing to make their office run so well. It certainly could apply to my business. I came in as an urgent care related visit bright and early. The front desk staff was very pleasant during the intake process and escorted me into a room right away. The room was clean and organized. Felt very welcoming. My visit was complete under an hour after all the labs and testing was done. The healthcare provider and medical staff were very kind and attentive. I had a very painful spot in a very private area and the staff here treated me with as much professionalism and dignity as possible. They made me feel comfortable even though I was in so much pain. Michael and Beverly were absolutely amazing. If I have any issues with anything else I will most likely go back here before any other doctor because they care. Hard to find these days. I came across Next Level on my insurance's website, called to double-check they accepted my insurance, and headed toward their clinic on Katy Fort Bend Rd. The service they offered me was truly on another level and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an urgent care facility. I came in around 7pm with severe back and abdominal pain, and I was greeted by Beronica at the front desk. She was very very nice, not your typical "I hate my job" kind of receptionist. I was asked a couple of questions and escorted to one of their rooms. My first impression was a great one, because the place was nicely decorated, the temperature was good (some places are crazy with the AC), everything was clean, and I did not smell that disgusting hospital smell that makes me never want to see a doctor. After around 3 minutes of waiting in my assigned room, Javier took my vitals and asked more questions. Then, I was seen by Dr. Beverly, who quickly diagnosed what I had, and explained to me what she found in my urine analysis. In a moment of so much pain and discomfort, the politeness of both Javier and Dr. Beverly was a blessing in disguise. Besides being awesome at what they do, they are skilled at making the patient feel at ease within just minutes being into the consultation. I never, EVER, get sick, but if I ever get sick again I'll make sure I'll visit Next Level once more. read more

I went in today for what I thought was a flu and ended up being strep, sinus and ear infections (I obviously am not a doctor). The NP Dorothy Colon and tech Jullius were awesome! I used the app to check in on line and was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. Dorothy took the time to ask a lot of questions about my symptoms and, while waiting for the strep test to complete, talked through medication options to pinpoint the best treatment based upon reactions to previous medicines-which I've never experienced before. Overall, I was in and out in a timely manner, the staff was super friendly and I left with a clear understanding of my treatment and follow up. A coworker told me at Next Level Urgent Care Katy and we just say, anytime I need to be seen after hours this is where I will be going. I called my pcp for an appointment, to be told doctor out until the New Year. I really didn't want to pay $75 copay. After being greeted by Coco and Kayla, then treated my Dorothy Colon NP, I'm sold. Grateful for this new location to service our family needs. Showed to Urgent care with Allergic reaction and the crew present were quick to check me in (Kayla). I work in Healthcare industry so to see the promptness to important matters when one is feeling ill, is definitely a patient experience satisfier. Witnessed the team work help by other personnel (Blanca) with assisting Kayla in starting my IV as well to check on me while I received the meds needed. NP Colon was AMAZING hands down.
