The stuff along with the x-ray technicians were absolutely amazing and helpful. The doctor on duty who's name is Andrew Sellers an Asian guy. I'm not exactly sure if that is his name but that's all my paperwork. He was rushing and I get that doctors are busy, but it was probably one of the worst experiences even worse than an ER visit... I paid out-of-pocket, and he completely just minimized everything and told me to move my arm as much as possible, and I physically literally cannot. I'm bruised in. I feel like every other next level was better than this one. I will not be back to this location. I did really appreciate Steph in particular, she made it worth the 2 hour wait to just be rushed out... still not even sure exactly what needs to be done I wish he gave a paper stating what I needed to do, but I had to get the nurse to call him in three different times and he seemed very irritated... read more

My last visit was better and she is doing for me what asked. Not sure how it works, but I never heard more before I left so I hope she did. Unfortunately, this whole ordeal they're treating as minimal and I'd go somewhere else if I was able because for some reason next level is most interested in pleasing workers comp because they make me so small, and they are without empathy just the bottom line. Apparently I should just get over it in their eyes. But I can't get over the fact the lies they told my adjuster. They were completely fabricated and not even fair to me. I'm not sure why exactly they think I want to be discharged so quickly when I still have bruises, blurred vision, etc. I guess they overlook that stuff and write their own story. My wife and I came in Friday 3/7, where greeted instantly by the receptionist on duty around 3:30 pm, the over all experience was great. But the main reason for my review is to commend them on there professionalism, there was a younger couple with two kids who had an appointment set about 30 minutes prior the "altercation", the male customer stands up and says "what's the point of making an appointment if you all aren't going to honor it!" I could tell everyone in the lobby became in easy, however the receptionist handled it perfectly, and simply stated that she apologized for the inconvenience and that they were a tad behind. The man begins to over talk her and state that he's got places to be and that this is unacceptable. The lady kindly responds with I understand you are more than welcome to reschedule. The man who of course is furious, completely twisted her words and said to management that she said he and his family can deal with it and just leave. I made an appointment online at 6 am, walked in for the appointment at 10 am. I uploaded my license and insurance card on their site and paid $45. When I got there I checked in at the desk and was called back in about 10 mins and a nurse took my vitals and details. About 5 minutes after that the nurse practitioner came in. She was kind and competent. She assessed my back issue, did some stretches and concluded it was a strain. She prescribed muscle relaxers and pain meds and well as gave me a printed packet for light stretches and home care. I appreciated everyone's professionalism read more

Can not recommend this location ENOUGH! Went in feeling ill and not sure what was wrong... the woman at the front desk was extremely empathetic and made the check in process a breeze. I waited for maybe 5 min before being put into a room and someone else coming to take my vitals. Ultimately, they started an IV drip. The ladies were so kind and even gave me a blanket, pillow and turned the lights off. They were so attentive, they listened to me and got me feeling better. I had reason to believe I was bitten by a spider on the top of my right foot. After monitoring it for 1 day, I called Next Level Urgent Care - Kingsland. The conversation went something like: Me: If I were to come in, would you be able to discern if it is or isn't a spider bite. Customer Service Rep: Yes Me: To confirm, I am not asking what type of spider it is but if it is a spider bite. CSR: Yes, we can do that. Me: So, if I come in and get seen, I will know if it was a spider that bit me before I leave, correct? CSR: Yes I schedule an appointment, go to said appointment, and the doctor tells me... "There's no way to know at this stage what got you." Now, the doctor was very friendly and as helpful and honest as I think possible. But the customer service rep was clearly trained to do whatever it takes to get the person in the door, i.e., get them to come in so we can charge them. read more

I chose Next Level because I was looking around for new options since CVS raised their prices for physical exams. Bummer! My daughter and I walked in and the waiting room was nice and clean. The women at the desk were helpful and accommodating. We got through all of the paperwork and even had a couple of questions that they kindly answered for us. After a reasonable wait we were seen for our appointment. The staff for the appointment was again kind and courteous while the interior of the exam room clean and neat. I've never had issues with this urgent care till now ! I had payed out of pocket for my visit I asked all the cost before I payed and the office staffed confirmed that I would be charged $180. Tell me why I received a text saying I was going to be charged another amount 5 days later ! I called the billing department which was a headache because the clinic failed to inform me and ask for consent that my visit would be more instead of trying to charge me for something I was not aware of! Also your billing department needs a supervisor for customers when their representatives are not solving an issue ! I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and the service has been phenomenal. Unlike many other urgent cares in the area, NL has a lot of in-house tests without the need to go to a Quest or ER. Nurses are quick and usually is empty after 5pm where things are done faster. I discovered I'm a prime member and maybe that's why everything is so smooth but even before that, service was always great. So far I've gone several times and it's been consistent. One thing I noticed is they only have NPs in house, haven't seen on le doctor yet. Not sure what's all about and I forgot to ask. I know when you have to go to urgent care is not because a petting is being thrown, but it makes a difference when the workers at a place have great professionalism. I've been in others in the area in the past and let me tell you, horrible as all they care about is moneyyyyy$$. But a story for another time. Highly recommend you to check them out and if possible to become a Prime member via your work insurance service do so. It's worth it. read more

It's a day after the ice storm and I called and they said they were taking walk Ins and I got there 2 mins after 5 pm after driving 15 minutes because nothing else was open. The lady at the front taped her watch and said we are closed in a rude voice. As I asked her then what else is open she scolded with her face and just walked off. I took my daughter into an Urgent Care (not this one) and they said she only sprained her ankle. They also took an x-Ray...I knew their diagnosis wasn't true, because of the way she was crying and I couldn't touch her foot. I trusted my gut, went for a second opinion and chose Next Level. Turns out she fractured the back part of her tibia. They gave me all the info to make appt with ortho. They were so nice and took such good care of us. I say is because not only did they make sure my daughter was comfortable, they checked on me just as much. It was such a great experience. Had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff here are helpful, extremely friendly and exactly what you need when you need urgent care. Katrina Morales at the front desk got me in from insurance check to the examination room in about 7 minutes. My nurse practitioner, Lisa Attales Was fantastic. I'd been battling an ear, nose throat and cough for about a week. She listened to me asked plenty of questions and set me up with a regimen that has me feeling at least semi-human again and not a mouth breather. The office and exam room was immaculate. Even if had not hit my deductible this year making the visit very reasonable I was feeling miserable enough to pay full price. I felt like I got better attention than from my general practitioner and he's a great guy. I highly recommend this location. read more

My daughter went to this location yesterday about 3PM. She had been very ill for 2 days and couldn't keep anything in her stomach, including water. When we got there the receptionist told her it would be about an hour, all the rooms where full. Interestingly, there was no one else in the waiting room. Another person behind the counter told us they were cleaning a room for my daughter. While we waited, 3 different groups of people came out from the back. 2 people showed up that apparently had appointments, and this receptionist let them go directly to a room. Obviously, there were empty rooms, but the one they were cleaning never materialized. When my daughter asked about the wait, this receptionist told here "I told you it would be about an hour and you've only been here 22 minutes". Really? You're counting down the minutes that my daughter and I were sitting there? I wonder if he counted or deducted the minutes when she went to the bathroom to throw up AGAIN. This receptionist was rude, unprofessional, and clearly wasn't interested in helping. We left and went to the Next Level Urgent Care on Spring Green. When we arrived, my daughter was immediately brought to the back where she was diagnosed not only with a stomach virus, but severely dehydrated. They began an IV of water to get her stabilized. This location certainly understands the meaning of Urgent Care. In the future, we will skip over the Next Level that is closest to us and head directly to Spring Green. read more

Brought my husband for probable pneumonia- chest pain and congestion, fever, oxygen saturation at home 75%. Oxygen saturation at Next Level 81%. Nurse practitioner saw my husband, ordered chest X-Ray (bilateral pneumonia), heard crackles right lung, ordered inhaler and oral antibiotic, and sent us home with no recommendation for ER. Later that day oxygen saturation 59%, severe weakness, blood pressure 70/48 at ER. Admitted to hospital for acute sepsis and pneumonia. Doctors were appalled that NP did not send him to hospital that morning for 81 oxygen saturation. My husband is still in hospital receiving IV antibiotics, was on bi-pap. Experience at Next Level was slow. Everyone seemed to move at a snail's pace. 1.5 hours visit with one patient ahead of him. read more

I Went for a very painful frozen shoulder tonight that I was dragging for a couple days. No wait time, no paperwork. I saw doctor Nasir Ali right away. The nurse guy gave me two injections as soon as prescribed by the doctor and check back on me several times to make sure that I was alright and the treatment was working. The doctor as well came back twice to check on me and discharged me. They both were very professional and efficient. I was out in a little more than an hour with prescriptions. I am now pain free and will sleep tonight, what a relief! read more

Came today. And the lady at the front desk very rude. Her name is Chris. I had been here last week and filled out all the information. Then today she said I had to fill out the forms again. She gave me the tablet and all the items were the same. I barely was able to drive here. I said shit and she told me to watch my language like I was a child. I explained that I was very ill and had just filled out the paper work a few days ago. She and her co workers were more interested in talking about who got what weekend off and what day they had to work. Not customer service. I told her I would write and complain and she said fine. Not the type of person who should be the front of your company. Not sympathetic to People who are not feeling well. And yes I am calling the corporate office as well. Great clinic!!! Everyone very nice. My nurse was Charlene I felt horrible and she was very fast and thorough. I also saw Lisa Attales NP she was also super!!! I had an upper respiratory infection and strep throat. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. It is very clean and everyone was very nice. Would recommend 10 7/14 I had to return to urgent care. Next Level is a dream come true. My husband went yesterday and was diagnosed with the flu..... when I started having symptoms this morning, I rushed in to nip it in the bud. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!! Angela and Yuleidy were very sweet and friendly getting me checked in. My Nurse Practitioner, Lisa, was fantastic.... listened to my symptoms and quickly got me on my way with meds to ensure I didn't get any sicker. Here's hoping this keeps me well for Christmas! I was seen immediately, it took under 5 minutes to get paperwork done, and was in and out in probably 30 minutes. This place is awesome! Very clean, front desk was friendly and helpful, and most important the doctors and nurses took the time to listen to me and never made me feel rushed. I had always visited this location when it was under another owner. When I arrived and saw that it was under new ownership I decided to go anyway. The gentleman who greeted me at the front desk was very professional, friendly and efficient. He explained the process and got me back into a room in no time at all. The Nurse assessed my injury quickly and got me in for x-rays. They were very kind, quick and got me relief quickly. I would definitely highly recommend this location and the staff. my first choice is (was) usually redi clinic but after walking in and them telling me they couldn't see me for 4 hours even though they had an empty waiting room was very disappointing. i walked into next level on kingsland and mason and checked in and was seen right away. Trina and Cynthia did my strep/flu test and my strep test came back positive! even though i felt terrible, their positive and bubbly personalities made me feel much better about being taken care of. after taking my prescriptions for 48 hours i still did not feel too well. THEY actually called me to check up and see how i was doing and after telling them i still wasn't too great they sent a different type of antibiotic right over to the pharmacy. as much as i don't want to go back because i hate being sick, if i ever need to i will always go back here. read more
