In a failed attempt at buying my brother a new car, the manager Ben allowed us to drive an hour to the dealership knowing that the car that we were interested in was unavailable. On the phone we asked specific questions about a certain vehicle, the manager, Ben, told us to go ahead and come with intent to purchase. Upon arrival, a salesman, Reuben, I formed us that we had wasted our time because the car had been unavailable, and he didn't know why Ben had told us to come. Not only was the car unavailable, but the dealership had no similar cars to the one we had inquired about. This level of communication is very unacceptable and is not the way business should be conducted. This trip was an hour away from my residence, wasting time, gas, and really rubbed me the wrong way. I had a terrible experience with this dealership PLEASE DONT STOP BY, I bought a Audi A3 in January 2022, the deal process was very smooth, 1 hr after I drove the car. All the lights of the dashboard pop up, I called immediately, they told " no worries we will take care of our clients and we will fix it " I believed them, one moth later they sent me to a different shops and they didn't fix the car issues, it was hard to reach this sales men no respond or updates, BUT they make sure I did my first payment after that the ghost on me, finally I went to the Audi dealer to find out what was the issues and they told me that the engine doesn't belong to the car and to fix it they have to tear the engine in parts and wasn't worth it because it was very expensive, finally in April 2022 I let the car go to the finance company and I lost my money and time. Just how fast can you run??? It's not fast enough. I am warning you DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE! Stay away from this shady, dishonest dealership! The General Manager is a pathological liar. I have caught him in several lies. Whatever comes out of his mouth should be taken with a grain of salt. My most urgent complaint is that I do not have my title because the dealer has not submitted the paperwork to the DMV within the 30 days that the law requires. I reached out to the dealer today and the GM told me to my face that it had all been submitted. However because I have caught them red handed in a lie before, I did not believe them and called the Houston DMV and gave them the VIN. I spoke to Neshe who confirmed that the dealer has not submitted the paperwork for my title. I have asked the DMV to step in. Secondly, when I purchased the vehicle I was told by the General Manager that the car belonged to a relative of the owners and it was a great car and in perfect working condition. He spun me a huge line about it was so perfect that he was very tempted to buy it for himself. He is quite the salesman but unfortunately not an honest salesman. I bought the car and on the test drive did not notice the shuddering in the transmission. A couple of days later I contacted the General Manager and told him that I was 99% sure it was the infamous Porsche transfer case problem. I am not familiar with Porsche Cayennes but someone who has driven them would be very familiar with these transfer cases. So the dealer who is very familiar with these cars imho knew all about this problem with this car since it belonged to a family member. I was flabbergasted that they would try to dump this car onto the general public without trying to fix it themselves. So I asked them to help me. They offered to sell me a $4000 after market warranty which I felt was letting them off the hook for their dishonesty. They then told me to go see Sam at German Performance, which I did. Sam came out of his office and looked at the car and said that he had seen the car before. I asked him to take it for a test drive and he refused and just said, "it is the transfer case". How was he so sure? I believe it was because he had diagnosed the car before for the dealership. I insisted that Sam take it for a drive and he did and said it definitely was the transfer case. I then swapped numbers with him and he promised to work up a price to repair it and he would get back to me. He never called me back and he has not answered any of my voicemails or texts. Today I went back to the dealership and asked for my title (which they lied to me about submitting remember) and what they would be able to do for me to help with this $4000 repair bill. The general manager continued to go around in circles and waffle without any offer of helping me. I told him that I was going to take the case to the BBB and maybe file a lawsuit. I told him that he was a liar and a scammer and people needed to be warned to stay away from their shady business. He told me to leave, that we were done and I said I would leave once he told me how he was going to resolve this. He then threatened to call the police, which he did. Then he lied to the police that I had threatened him and that I was shouting. None of this is true and a simple retrieval of the in store video feed will show this. He is a man baby who is not used to scammed customers standing up to him and calling him out for his dishonestly. I told him that it was not really about the money to be honest but about unsuspecting citizens needing to be warned of this shady dealer. I also want them to follow the law and submit the paperwork for car cash paying customers within 30 days not 7 weeks and counting. So how fast can you run? I hope you can outrun Usain Bolt because that's how fast you need to get away from these people! read more

I called the dealership yesterday to inquire about a car. I asked if it was still available and what the cash price was. They told me yes, it was and that the cash price was $5999 plus taxes and registration - the same price advertised online. I showed up there today with $6500 cash... I ubered there, 30 mins away. They then tell me that this the financing price and not the cash price. They told me the cash price was nearly $2000 more. I wasted my time, my money and they are deceitful. FRAUD. My fiancé & I were sold a 2012 BMW that broke down in the middle of the road 2 days later in 90 degree weather. Mike is the most uneducated car salesman I have EVER came across & he REFUSES to give us any details as to what is wrong with the car & says 'I'm not a mechanic' & wont even tell us the specific part they are needing. If I'm able to give a negative star I would, but unfortunately the option doesn't exist. Purchased a Mercedes-Benz over two months ago with a few issues that I was told to bring back a week later to get resolved. Side note, I paid for the full price of the vehicle on the first day of the purchase. When I returned they wasted my day to get to test what the issues are without anything being repaired. They told me to wait until they order the 3 parts that had issues and that they would give me a call when parts are ready to get installed. I had to call myself to check on the parts and if they license plates ever showed up when I was told that I was going to get a call. When I called they bluntly told me that they wouldn't be able to replace 2 out of 3 parts; at that same time they told me to give until September 16th or a little later for the part to arrive and that I was going to get a call for them to let me know. Without realizing I noticed that my temporary paper plate already expired and yet I still haven't received a call from them. I called again to check on it and they didn't even know what I was calling for or anything about my plates or part that I was supposed to come and get replaced. Robin was very helpful in finding out and getting to the bottom of it with a gentleman named Ed. He had a Ed call me and he told me that I could come the next day to get the plates and get the light replaced. Then I come they tell me that they are busy and that I would have to take the part and install it myself. WTF.! Are you kidding me, I buy a car to fix myself when I was told that all the issues would be fixed; not to mention, they aren't even fixing all of my issues. Then when I ask to speak to a manager, Ed nicely gives me the owner's phone number and his name is Allen. When I call to say my concern he has the the worst tone and starting cussing asking "which of the two idiots sitting next to you have you my number?" I say why would they matter, I have a concern and I need my issues fixed so I don't have to drive another 50miles out this way to get my issue resolved. Instead he was so worried about the person who gave me his number so he can fire them, and Ed was fired right on spot; in front of a customer? Are you kidding me? I ended leaving the place very upset figuring out how I would put the part myself and who I would need to pay to get it done. I wish I knew this is the customer service I would get before purchasing the vehicle from here. I recommend this place to many people because the service was great when the manager Joey still worked; which by the way also gotten fired. This place is a nightmare, I'll do everything in my power to let the word go out and I'll make none of my family members or friends ever come here. Such a sad experience! Smh read more
