On the phone we asked specific questions about a certain vehicle, the manager, Ben, told us to go ahead and come with intent to purchase. Upon arrival, a salesman, Reuben, I formed us that we had wasted our time because the car had been unavailable, and he didn't know why Ben had told us to come. Not only was the car unavailable, but the dealership had no similar cars to the one we had inquired about. This level of communication is very unacceptable and is not the way business should be conducted. This trip was an hour away from my residence, wasting time, gas, and really rubbed me the wrong way. If possible, I would have given this place a ZERO star rating.

Ok we're do i begin. I brought a 2003 Ford Expedition cash for $4500 and thought the mileage on…read morevehicle as describe in ad was 135k miles, with no mechanical problems. After looking up carfax, the car was illegally sold with 253k miles on it. After 2 days of owning the vehicle, the check engine light comes on. I called Ralph who sold me the car, and he stated to take the vehicle to his mechanic "Liberty Auto shop on Cook road" . I took the vehicle there, and the owner son Nick stated that I had a air leak somewhere, but they did not have the tools to see were it's coming from. He was able to get the light off, so I immediately took the car to NTB to get it checked out. Their staff stated I had a major oil leak from the front to the back. I went back to their mechanic without notifying Ralph, but he was there when I rolled up getting another one of his vehicles fixed. The owner of shop and Ralph agreed to fix leak and I will go on my way because I still liked the truck, even with the high miles ,and that was the only mechanical issue with it. I left my vehicle over night, and magically it was fixed early that morning. When i picked the truck up after work, the owner stated they changed the oil pan, and a hose, but refused to fix the leak in the back. Plus they had dirt, and oil all over the outside and inside of vehicle. I got home, and something told me to look under the truck, and boom, oil leaking in the front were they said they fixed. I kindly called Ralph to bring me my $4500 back, and come pick up this truck. He agreed, and I got my money back, and gave them their truck. Beware of this company. I know better next time!

We brought it to their attention immediately and were assured by the dealership that their service team would take care of the issue and that the vehicle was safe and reliable. Trusting their word, we moved forward with the purchase. Unfortunately, after only a day and a half of driving, the vehicle stalled out completely. Now the dealership is refusing to help and telling us the current mechanical failure is supposedly unrelated to the check engine light that appeared before the sale. We are now facing thousands of dollars in repair costs on a vehicle that clearly had pre-existing issues. We feel completely misled and taken advantage of. Please be careful if considering buying from this dealership, and make sure every promise is documented in writing before signing any paperwork.

They didn't service the vehicle or clean out the lamp, just reset the lights. I wrote a negative review. Next day, I notice the freaking windshield seal is completely off! water is leaking in like crazy! the glass is actually loose! Took it in and showed to the "manager" . I expressed that this is a safety issue! He said he wasn't "blackmailing" me but because I wrote a negative review on them, he said to basically screw off, and got a couple of mean looking middle eastern men to force me and my daughter out. We got scammed out of $ 21,000!! Now we have a vehicle we bought just 5 days ago, must have it serviced, change the wiper blades, and have the windshield reset! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!
