In selling my home in July 2024 ,i had a old mortgage from 2001 to 2002 that was never discharged by the Mortgage Co or a satisfaction of release/discharge filed in the county clerks office. i called Howard Stipe of Premier and he went to work on my behalf . He called the title officer of the buyers title company and resolved the matter within a hour. My escrow money held by the buyer's title company since July 12, 2024 was released immediately . This time Reina Rauf handled my issue, with a laid-back combination of patience and expertise as she added an umbrella policy as well. This even though the original Allstate office gets credit for the new policy! Horrible treatment . In parking lot waiting for a client to open up new account to place down…read morepayment on his business insurance and I was hustled out of parking lot by the owner of the bank (she claimed to be) while working on my laptop and on phone in my car. I made one quick cold to a neighboring business while waiting for him. It's one thing if the lot was packed but not one car was in there and about 5 other spaces were open. I informed my client to meet me at another bank and he will not be opening and account here now. Lesson to be learned - pick your battles and define what's worth driving people literally away!
