The outdoors portion of the unit is located INSIDE THE MAIN DOG RUN that has more over grown weeds and fallen branches still awaiting the weather to allow the yard/run to dry out enough for getting the mowers/carts inside for "spring cleaning" and additionally the unit is on a slab surrounded by over grown weeds and thus not used/accessed by the dogs as a toilet area. While looking at what we had, he pointed out to me that there were areas not closed off and heat was being drawn to then unit. After sealing off the areas, I noticed an immediate difference in the cooling of the upstairs area.
