Check-in & check-out was easy with super friendly & helpful staff. Rooms were super clean & every room has a beach-front patio! Bathrooms were clean & shower pressure were great with large counter space. Beds and pillows were clean & comfy & most importantly no signs of bed bugs... Parking is easy & plentiful & a parking pass is provided. Hot breakfast each morning with friendly staff was awesome. Eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits & gravy or potatoes each morning with cereal, toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt, etc. Also a fancy coffee machine with fresh ground coffee. The pool is fantastic & clean, & the fitness area was also clean & had enough weights & cardio equipment for a good workout. The beach is private access & they give wristbands for you to wear to show you're a guest while using all the amenities. Even with Labor Day weekend, the beach was not crowded & everyone had their own personal space. The hotel seems very new or at least recently remodeled & for the price point, this was an incredible stay. 12/10 recommend!

Up & down 11 floors, it was terrible. BUT, they fixed one of them the next day, so we were grateful for that. Lots of families & children. The pool area was awesome, with 2 hot tubs, 2 pools, lazy river, hammock area, 2 fire pits, music playing, and a bar/resaturant that overlooks the beach. Walking on the beach at night was amazing, and having a hotel where the area stays open after dark was an awesome vibe. Breakfast was included, and it varied each day. It was delicious; very busy in the mornings. Hotel is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the pier, ice cream, bars, etc. Room was very clean and had a beautiful balcony view. My only complaint about the room was super flat down pillows. Like pancakes. We had to request 2 extra pillows. Would definitely stay again!

She , literally, rolled her eyes and continued to the end of her speech at which time I had a room key and a pink square of paper with numbers on it that I had no idea was for. Not a great first impression. Fortunately this was a one off experience and the remainder of our stay was perfect. The resort is beautiful. The pool area was great. Our room was generously sized and very well appointed. (I still recommend all nice hotels stop buying those packets for the coffee maker with powdered creamer and that horrible pink stuff for sweetener. You're better than that.) The staff, no matter who or where we bumped into them, was friendly, engaging, and helpful. Housekeeping, maintenance, lobby, bars, food service. 100% awesome. The food and drinks in the lobby bar were amazing. We ate there several times because we couldn't think of a good reason to go anywhere else and fight the crowds and traffic for lesser food. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.

The suites were quite spacious with a mini fridge and a microwave to boot. The latter was convenient as I reheated up leftovers while working. Anyway, parking is complimentary, as is breakfast, which had eggs, toast, bacon, etc. I think honestly my only complaint about this hotel is that we happened to get a suite right in front of the pool and that was a bit distracting. Yes, you could pull the blinds down, but it doesn't mean we still didn't hear the noise.

We came labor day weekend so the kids and family programming was over for the summer, but the Aqua water thing in the bay entertained the kiddo for a good bit of an afternoon one day. it's a bit of a racket, standing at the shore or wading in to keep an eye on kiddo works... for a bit, but much needed shade requires renting a chair/umbrella set up on the bay for like 50$ (on top of the 50 you paid for kiddo to play), or retreating to the pool for an included chair/umbrella set up and bar/food service, but limited visibility if any of the kid. It would have been more palatable as a 100$ kid plays/parents get shade combo package even (I know it costs the same. Just feels less sneaky) bar/food service on the bay would have added addl enjoyment too but we made the best of it and then hung by the pool a bit longer. Check in and out is easy, parking wasn't a hassle, in unit laundry was great to have and we are talking about planning another visit.

The flatbread pizza was tasty, as was the caprese salad. Each building has its own smaller pool, but we chose to just go to the main pool so that we could take advantage of the bar and food service. There is a sundries shop that serves Starbucks coffee, there is a spa, and there are a couple of restaurants. The spa was booked, so I recommend making your reservation before you arrive or as soon as.

The linens have not been touched, nor have the floors or bathroom. Last night I had to call down for a soap refill. Tonight I just called down for bath towels and to have the room swept (again, fourth night in an almost $600/night Marriott beach hotel, zero housekeeping so far) and they brought towels. I asked if someone could sweep for us, and they looked at me like I was asking them to solve an astrophysics problem. "Please just bring me a broom..." seemed to work. We come to Navarre annually. We have stayed here before and have recommended this property to friends. This is definitely the last time we will stay and moving forward we will warn friends rather than recommend this property.

I just finished a 3 night stay and was surprised at how difficult staying there is. Check-in took at least 30 minutes. There were no towels to use at the pool, and so we stood in line for another 20 minutes to request more bath towels for the room, because we had to use bath towels at the pool. The rooms are not cleaned until after 3 days of your stay, so you have to request fresh towels everyday, request body lotion, and when the conditioner runs out in the shower, you have to request that, as well. The whole property needs a good renovation. The carpets in the hallways are tired and worn. The barstools around the pool have rusted bases. The pool tiles have unsightly calcium buildup. My shower had dirt and grime in the corners. The pop-up stopper in the sink didn't work. The ice machine on our floor was malfunctioning. They offer a nice little free breakfast each morning, which includes hot and cold breakfast items, and coffee and tea. The Beach House Social restaurant is really yummy, but a tad on the pricey side. I was quite disappointed with the value of this hotel experience, as our room, including taxes and parking was about $600/night. Would not recommend.

The location is great because you're close to the restaurants and shopping without being right in the action. We had an awesome view of the beach and the pool area from our 5th floor balcony. Though we didn't go down, it seemed like a really nice and clean area. I did see a staff member go and reset the chairs in the area and clean every morning before 8 AM when it opened. I like that when you stay here you get access to both the pool and fitness center. Our unit was pretty clean. There were a few things we didn't love but that's more about the property management company that maintained our rental than it was the actual condo itself. The only downside (though it didn't bother us) is that this is supposed to be a more secure property with a gated parking lot. The gate wasn't working and stayed wide open throughout our entire stay. It's very easy for anyone to just walk off the street and come up to your floor. There are no security measures in place, so if that's really important to you then definitely keep this in mind. Otherwise, the property was great and I would absolutely stay here again!

We sacrificed & saved all year for this?!? I'm writing this in hopes that no one else has to experience this dump. 2. Second of All. the pictures were not accurate. This is not the updated look. It's extremely disappointing when some owners will deliberately mislead future vacationers to get their money at any &all costs. 3. They didn't bother to clean the Unit at all! We immediately brought this to the owners attention, only to have them make us empty promises that they would grant us a FULL REFUND because of the condition of the Unit was such sub par! They lied to us & began ignoring our emails. He waited in the lobby and took the cart back so I didn't have to walk it back (his words). But in that time, he was so kind, conversation was so natural, and you could tell he was a kind soul.
