We gave the company a second chance when this issue first occurred; however the pattern continued. Like F and S, our new landscaping company is also very busy; but the owner is always prompt to return messages; and if he is not immediately available, he'll let us know what date he will be able to meet or talk.

They did not call when first were supposed to install. They claimed they came to the house, but we were home all day and they did not come, so we don't know to whose house they went. 2. We called to discuss schedulie. Call went to voice mail, as did the other 6 times we called, but they never called back. 3. After several inquirires to ABC Warehouse several days later, B.R.L. called when we were not home, but B.R.L. did not leave a message. The next day they arrived at our house, ununnouced to us because they did not leave any messages or return any calls. Because we did not know they were coming, we were not prepared. They were very rude and refused to do the work. We took our business elsewhere.
