We've had Dynamic Drains out three times in the span of a couple of weeks (when it rains it pours,…read moreright?) and they were great each time! First visit: our 100+ year old home has been dishwasherless since we moved in 13 years ago (mo one made the move to install one before us and we kept putting it off until this year). Years ago we had had some drains and lines replaced and asked the previous plumbers we hired for that job to get it ready for dishwasher, too. So we always thought it was ready to go once we picked one out. Came to find, day of delivery, that they did NOT do this, so we had to call someone to come do it. Enter Dynamic Drains. We were able to secure an appointment quickly and when they arrived they were friendly and professional, installing a beautiful new water line to feed our new, dormant dishwasher the freshwater it craved. The dishwasher needed a bit of finessing into the space we had carved out so they didn't hook that part up, but the line looked and worked great. Eventually we had a handyman come and do the rest and it's been working beautifully since. SECOND VISIT: The soup incident. Some leftover soup was dumped into the sink and caused a clog. Enter Dynamic Drains, just a few weeks later, with a snake to clean it out. The technician then (Chris I believe was his name) was really friendly, kind, and diligent. He ran several sinkfuls of water through the snaked drain to make sure it was going as it should and it went downstairs to make sure there were no leaks or drips. After the drain was moving again we also realized that our disposal was dead. Not sure if that's why the soup clogged or if the clog killed it but either way... VISIT THREE: Tech couldn't fix the disposal since we didn't have a replacement and he didn't quite have time in his schedule to get us in in that moment. All good, didn't expect that! Amazingly right after he left my husband saw a great disposal on sale at Costco and he snatched it up. Called Dynamic Drains to schedule a follow up and they said they could come a few days later. Great! THEN, about an hour later, another plumber called and said they had some time in their schedule and could come by then. I was out at the time but my husband navigated that with them and by the time I got home we had a new, purring garbage disposal properly installed. And since it was considered same day they waived the additional appointment fees. YES! We still have a few other things we need done, new faucets in the kitchen and bathroom in particular, and luckily Dynamic Drains does that (and then some!) too. We'll definitely be calling them for that follow up as soon as time allows! Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend!

When he was done, Sean checked his work carefully and then cleaned up after himself. What a great job - those toilets look like they were always meant to be there. We made an appointment to get an estimate. A knowledgeable member of the Steele Team arrived on schedule and reviewed our options. A few days later we received the estimate, one that was lower than an earlier estimate we had received from a competitor, and we approved the job. The following week the installation crew arrived and put in the Breeze 33 system, including the air conditioning unit, 8 ducts strategically positioned in bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas, an air handler (installed in the hallway ceiling), and the outdoor unit behind the house. The crew was excellent and got the job done in a single day. They meticulously cleaned up after themselves -- actually, they did better than that, vacuuming the stairway cleaner than it was before they came and repositioning personal items in rooms that might be impacted by falling dust from the drilling. Our experience was great. Now we're set for whatever inferno this summer has in store for us. Highly recommended!

I called Steele for Warranty Service on my AC unit in July of 2023 after their initial install a…read morecouple years ago. The tech came out and accidentally broke my disconnect so he said he would "put in a ticket" to have someone come out to repair it. The scheduling lady called me a few days later and scheduled a tech to come out to the house and the tech came and replaced the disconnect and left. I then received via email a $175 bill. I called and left a voicemail to inquire with no response the next morning then called again the next day and was told "Tom Jr" would handle but was not there and would call me back to discuss. By this time I decided to have my husband handle this. Tom Jr stated he was charging us $175 for what his technician came out and broke! At no time we're we given a quote for the work or knew what the cost of repair would be - since Steele damaged our property we thought they would do the right thing and repair what they damaged - NOPE - Tom Jr (Steele) called it a "miscommunication" and argued to no end. This was shady dealings and not the way to run a stand up business. In the end, my husband had to fight for what was right and Tom Jr said to "throw out the bill" and hung up on my husband. If you are looking for Customer Service from a Heating and Cooling Business, LOOK ELSEWHERE!! Once you spend your money on a full heating and cooling package like we did, they're done with you.
