I really thought they did good work. But I committed a friend and she said that they messed up her car and they just did an oil change she says that the oil was still dirty inside when she checked it and that it was all over her car like she was having an oil leak and they didn't put enough oil in it. Then I recommended my son before I found out that she had bad damage and they done in his brakes and his transmission and oil change and boy they just made a mess of everything and his brakes are worse now and he's just having a lot of issues with his car so I do not recommend this place due to the damages of these people have had probably if I've looked under my truck and stuff I would have seen the same damages. They leave your car greasy. They put oil all over the steering wheel and they don't keep the oil off their feet so if you don't have good floor mats it's all of your floor

While on a trip from San Antonio, TX my alternator failed (on a Sunday). By the time we got to a…read morehotel the alternator was seizing. I looked for a repair shop that night. Early Monday I called 84 Auto Shop and explained the situation. They said they could help me but the part was in Texarkana and it would take some time to the part. In the meantime we had the SUV towed to their place. Within 10-15 minutes the new alternator showed up. They had pulled the SUV in the bay and were taking the old alternator out. They put the new one in, tested it, done! The mechanic did a great job and the price I paid was what they estimated. I recommend this shop.

I went into the dealership yesterday, asking about a Corvette that they had in the showroom floor…read more We discussed the price that was advertised, and I was informed that there was going to be a fee of $2000 fee tacked on because the car would get three premium oil changes and it had door guards which is a ridiculous fee. I was also informed by the owner that they do not negotiate and will not negotiate on the price. I was also informed that they do in house financing only and this was before running my credit or getting any type of information from me. I was informed that I would have to put a $12,000 down payment. If you are shopping in the new Boston area I encourage you to take the 30 minute drive to Texarkana and deal with the Chevrolet in Texarkana. This place is shady and it's coming from the owner.

Brought my Truck in to get fixed - Was a warranty issue, truck was fixed ( right i hope , time will…read moretell) the warranty company was going to pay by Credit Card but would not agree to the 3% CC fee charged by the dealer. So I get a call from the dealer wanting me to pay the 3% CC fee for the warranty company or they will need to hold the truck hostage until they get a paper check. IT may take days or weeks. This is not only dirty thing to do, but shady as all get out Will never go back and will file a complaint with the BBB, AG and any other official body that may help the next customer
