So far they've missed: cracks from improperly hung drywall (they blamed me for this one somehow, supposedly it couldn't have appeared in the time since their inspection), gas leaks in the basement, water damage in a bathroom, a furnace that technicians said might have never been seriously serviced (dealing with a carbon monoxide scare and huge gas plumbing bill as I type this). Then to add insult to injury he straight up lied to me about it saying it was only a slow drip when he left, ABSOLUTE BULL. Then he inspected my house on Beeman, told buyer roof had just a couple months left (that was over three years ago and it's still fine). the buyers own contractor said he was full of it and that the roof had about ten years left which was my assess as well. Buyers and buyers attorneys might like him because he thinks his job is to lie through his teeth to get more bargaining leverag for his clients, but seller realtors know to not this guy anywhere near a house even if it's brand new and built to perfection. Pretty sure he blocks you from posting reviews on FB unless it's 10/10.
