So far they've missed: cracks from improperly hung drywall (they blamed me for this one somehow, supposedly it couldn't have appeared in the time since their inspection), gas leaks in the basement, water damage in a bathroom, a furnace that technicians said might have never been seriously serviced (dealing with a carbon monoxide scare and huge gas plumbing bill as I type this).
