Greenlee Plumbing came to our house for an under-slab plumbing leak. The crew of Brian and Connor…read morecalled ahead of scheduled appointment to say they were on their way. They arrived on time and immediately started preparing the area around the repair to minimize having to cut through the concrete, dig out the area, pinpoint the leak, and then repair the leaking copper pipe. The floor was protected and the dust was contained by walling off the area with plastic sheeting and venting the dust outside. The crew was very professional, hardworking, polite and respectful of the property in and around the project. After the repair and full check of the repaired line, the hole was filled back in and concrete replaced and they made a complete cleanup and were on their way. I recommend them highly and would use them again.

Unfortunately, both units have failed this summer. When the first one failed, we called Climate Solutions, they came out within a week and told us that they needed to order parts. We never heard from them again. Would not answer email or phone calls. I called and emailed for nearly a month. Then we had to hire another company to do the repairs and had to pay $1000 in labor. Later in the summer, the other until failed and once again, had to pay another company $600 for the repairs. THEY DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY -- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

For those of you who have not replaced HVAC equipment in the last 14 years, you will be dismayed by the covid driven price increases in equipment and labor costs . Rick proved a very detailed written quote within days.Each item covering equipment type , equipment and labor warranties was specifically and completely detailed in the proposal . Rick and his company were awarded our business and installed two Bryant High Efficiency units . As part of the installation they added new zones wifi enabled thermostats and a ionizer to improve our comfort and reduce our operational costs .
