The veterinarian is appalled at the condition of his paw, and on top of that "Barks N Bubbles LLC" had the nerve to charge an extra fee for him bleeding profusely, due to their negligence, and they are the ones that cut off the area that caused our beloved pet to bleed, requiring medical intervention, and is still suffering!!! We are praying that he makes it through! he is a shell of his self right now. Can barely walk. I'm heartbroken and I am exhausted from worry from what they did to our beautiful pet. He didn't ask for this! He's a poor defenseless 5 pound little dog, If the manager/Groomers are exhausted or overwhelmed or overbooked then they should have RESCHEDULED OR NOT Performed services at all! I am so upset than what we're going through now, and the fact that they had the nerve to charge additional fees, no top of full service fee like this is a common occurrence. NO APOLOGY, NO EMPATHY, My perception of their actions, and what they did to his leg shocking, heartbreaking, and we are horrified at the openly hostile way that it was handled at pickup bleeding, and with contempt that they had to clean up blood (charging us a fee) that they had caused through their own groomers negligence. As soon as we dropped our dogs off, I had a bad feeling and I called a friend. I told her, I felt uncomfortable and weary about leaving them there because when I dropped them off, I wasn't asked 1 question about either of my dogs. No tour of the facility, no warm welcome, nothing. I did however write everything down on their boarding sheet and was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I then tried to offer the information because it was mind boggling that there was no communication. Throughout the duration of the vacation, we didn't receive any calls or updates. Upon picking them up, I was given back the left over food and medicine. The morning I dropped off the dogs, I measured out exactly how much food was needed. Patches normally eats 7-10 cups of food a day. That seems like a lot but for a 100lb Great Dane, this is normal. I left feeding instructions for I believe 5 cups of food a day, I debated on putting 5 or 7, and I can't quite remember which one. I took the liberty of cutting back her food intake while being boarded. When I picked her up, I received back almost ALL of her food. There was probably not even 1 gallon bag of food eaten. When I saw this I was astonished and said why does my dog have so much food left, and the answer was, well we don't typically feed them as much food since they are being boarded. Like what? So I entrust my dogs with you, leave instructions etc and then you just decide to do whatever you please? The lady could clearly see I was pissed tf off and she said well, I think your dog was sick for 2 days with diarrhea. Mind you, I never received any communication about her being sick or having diarrhea. Then the owner Misty called me as I walked in the door because the lady I picked the dogs up from knew I was clearly aggravated. She wanted to call and smooth things over. Her story of why my dog wasn't fed was all over the place. I'm throughly disturbed by this experience and I do not recommend them.

I pulled up to Melissa's trailer home residence to have my dog groomed. so please be aware this is an "at home groomer business" the atmosphere of the "facility" is frightening enough but what's worse is upon exiting my vehicle to bring my 8month old pup to her front door she was attacked by 3 pit mix dogs and severely injured - she received 2 staples in her neck and antibiotics. We ended up with no grooming service done and instead a trip to the vet and a large bill. she refuses to make any of it right by helping with the bill or even admitting to the incident. she is a shady and uncaring person- don't be fooled, and don't let this happen to you or you animal! AVOID.

I had previously brought in her aging father to see Dr Rogers for a quality of life visit and was most pleased with his visit, however Bonita's visit was another story. He spent maybe 90 seconds in the room, was very cold and borderline rude, looked at her and found fleas on her back side and said well if you don't clear up this flea infestation, you will never clear up her hot spot. Then the vet tech came in gave her an antibiotic shot and a prescription for Apoquel (in the chemo therapy family of meds).
