I stopped in two weeks ago with my boat trailer and the young man in service came out to look and measured the wheels with their template. We also discussed the overhaul project I'm undertaking and he was super helpful, offering to walk the trailer and order anything needed, as well as answer questions. He gave the wheel and tire info to the guy at the counter. The counter guy took my name and number, "Should be here in about a week." Stopped by after hearing nothing and the same counter guy knew nothing about the order or the discussion. I left with "thank you" and received the standard "no problem". Never wonder why people shop online or with out of state dealers for parts and such.

I went by Fannin Fabrication to see if they could weld new fenders on my trailer in March of 2022…read more I was told they would order the fenders and give me a call in a couple of weeks. I never got a called so I called them the beginning of May and was told the fenders never came in but they would check on them and call me back, I never heard back and kind of forgot about it, so I called middle of August and was told he would check on it and call me the next day. I never did hear back. If they would have told me they didn't want to mess with it I would have found someone else but they seemed so nice and honest so I waited on them, it's September and I found someone else that is doing it next week. Never use this place for any of your welding needs!

We called All American for a roadside repair to a broken trailer axle. Once they arrived and welded…read morethe axle we were told that my driver would be able to make it to his destination to drop his load and home for a permanent fix. Unfortunately they did a poor job of welding, and the repair lasted less than 12 hours. My driver was unable to make to drop his load. We called them for additional assistance, as we had just spent $600 with them. After giving us the run around for a couple of hours, they blocked our number. The next day we called back from a different phone number and again attempted to work out an agreement on how they could assist us with the situation. Eddie was extremely rude, cursed at me, called me a liar, and hung up in my face after screaming "I'm not going to do anything to help you!" I never once raised my voice nor took a rude tone with him. If you find yourself in need of repair, I urge you to find another shop to work with. All American has shown that they have poor customer service, take no pride in their work, and don't value their customers. They seem to only be concerned with scamming hardworking people of their money.
