It's a good thing I just hadn't taken a drink or I would have spewed it out. I said you're saying your normal oil change is $150? He said yeah that's about it. I said screw that and left. On the website the most expensive oil change is $90 so he was lying to me and was going to charge to charge me full price.

an hour agoNEW I…read morecame here to have 4 new tires put on my camper. Unfortunately, my experience was a disaster. I called ahead and they said they had the tires I wanted in stock. I arrived and after approximately 2 hours the staff notified me that they had damged 2 of my wheels while removing the old tires. They were honest about the damage and the manager (Riley) let me know that he was willing to compensate me for the damage. I should be clear that the store manager was helpful. The problem was entirely with the owner. After an additional hour of waiting I was told that the owner (off site) had instructed them to stop working and to not complete the job. Eventually I spoke with the owner who told me that he was instructing his staff to stop working because he was "not in the buisness of losing money." I expressed my concern and displeasure about him refusing to complete the job and sending me back on the road with 2 new tires and 2 old tires. The owner told me that I should "find another solution." When I asked him what he suggested, he told me that he didn't know and I was "the one who had put them in this situation." What?!? His shop damaged my equipment and then refused to finish the job. The owner only agreed to complete the job and install the 2 other tires after I agreed to pay him almost $400 and accept that there would be damage to the other wheels as well. Otherwise, he told me that it was my problem and that he would not finish. I had already waited 3 hours at this point, had two tires off of my camper and was left without any feasible options. The owner was unwilling to compromise or work towards a solution. He repeatedly emphasized his desire to make money instead of trying to work with me towards a solution. Instead, I was met with a "not my problem" attitude and a refusal to complete the job. I left here after 4 hours, with 4 damged wheels, 4 new tires a nominal discount and significant displeasure. I suggest going elsewhere to avoid damage to your equipment, and an owner who is unwilling to help unless it benefits his pocketbook

The first tow company apparently denied the request when they realized it was an hour drive to tow a car .7 miles. It was reassigned to Taylor's Towing and Recovery. The dispatcher (I didn't catch her name) called at 11:30 pm, well before the estimated arrival time and let me know the call precious to mine was taking longer than anticipated. I said no rush, and I needed sleep but would be up at 4 am, so we planned between 4:30 and 5 am for the new arrival time. Jeff arrived right on time, after driving 100+ miles from a previous assignment, got it started enough to get it into Neutral, and worked around the ice in my driveway to get it where I wanted do I could get in and out of my garage with my working vehicle. I greatly appreciate the promptness and communication even though it was an out of the way little job. I would definitely recommend!

In no time a huge truck showed up with safety lights and the driver helped me through my options for where to have my vehicle dropped off. He even called a reputable local mechanic for me to verify whether they could get to my vehicle soon enough. I liked the price I paid for the service too.
