I went to get a new battery and asked them to replace the auxiliary battery while they had the…read moreother out. They tried talking me out of it. This whole time I had been in the back with them while they worked. They finally said they would check it, but then asked me to go up front and wait. After about 5-10 minutes they advised it was in good shape. I had wanted it replaced. By that time I was agitated enough and just left. I had the feeling they didn't check. So about 3 months after that I had a few electrical issues. Decided to take it in to the dealer this time and they had some component replaced and still had a few issues even after that. Turned out the auxiliary battery was the primary culprit. Dropped an extra 1k since interstate obviously didn't do what they said they did. I've researched and I guess it's hard to get to, but man...do your job or at least be honest and say "nope we don't do that".

I have an iPhone XR and my old cell phone case was swollen and delaminating and needed to be replaced, plus my screensaver was cracked. The last time I was in the store I needed to have the screen saver replaced and they put it on for me while I was at the store, which I was very grateful for so today I needed both a screen saver and a new case for my Cell Phone. I was pleasantly pleased to have been the recipient of good customer service once again.

He asked me if I wanted the lifetime replacement battery, I said no because I probably won't own it another 3 years. He opened it up and said you already have the lifetime battery. No charge, but if he was dishonest he could have charged me without knowing. This is why we buy all of our batteries here‼

After leaving a…read morevery well earned 1 star review on google , I gave them another chance to keep my 20 years of purchasing . First guy I encountered was GREAT, (although he said he's quitting soon, so there's that) but second guy walked in and said "there's Mr One Star Review" and shot me a snide look. I asked him why he felt the need to run his mouth to a customer , he promptly told me off , I stepped outside and let my employee who was with me handle the remainder of the transaction. The second employee proceeded to follow me outside to threaten and intimidate further. Telling me he owned three cars lots and didn't give a F about his job, and he ain't never been knocked out before. Remember, I'm a customer..... I left and called to speak with a manager . Jeff was cool with me while I was angry and venting, and assured me we would have a meeting with the GM to discuss this matter . In fact that was a lie. The battery I was sold was bad, so I returned 3 hours later , only to be met by Jeff ( who has always been the nicest most chill laid back guy , until today) who had the shíttest attitude with me over what HIS worker created and refunded my money instead of exchanging my battery and told me we wouldn't be doing anymore business in the future. All with unwarranted condescending attitude. Alls well, 20 years of loyal purchasing for myself and my customers , not worth a damn to your company . These guys are the absolute worst! Instead of telling me that my battery would be too hard to get…read moreto and that I should have it installed elsewhere they dismantled my car to get to the battery. They cussed the entire time and talked trash on my teenage son saying he Installed the old battery incorrectly. My teenage son had never installed a car battery before and had never had any training but he did a better job than these guys who had installed hundreds of batteries. Then after they had dismantled my car and had the battery out they were just gonna leave it because his hand hurt from messing with my battery. I explained to them that I couldn't drive it without a battery and I couldn't afford to have it towed they reluctantly put the old battery back in it and said they couldn't get the new one in. I had to drive the car up the street and pay someone else $40 to put the new battery in because they had busted the terminals off of the battery. These creeps should have just told me in the first place that the battery needed to be taken somewhere else to be installed.
