We used these guys after buying a Groupon/Living Social voucher. Once we got the appointment set up, e-mail communication worked great. On the day of the service, they were over an hour late after the time set up. This might not be a problem for return customers but for an initial customer, I usually do not like leaving my house open to people I do not know. Just like waiting for the cable guy, there's nothing worse than waiting for people at your house when there's other things that need to be done that day. Once they arrived though, these guys really did a good job. The voucher we bought only including one person for two hours. They actually came with a team of four people and stayed almost the entire two hours. We had them clean our kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and service. We have a flat top stove that had gunk built up from it which had been near impossible to remove. They were able to remove almost all of it. They even cleaned our toaster oven! Overall, they did a great job cleaning and were very friendly. I would definetely use them again.

They truly made our home feel move-in ready again. They wiped down both the inside and outside of all cupboards, and even helped create space by organizing clutter from the countertops into a half-empty cabinet. Our counters went from crowded to spacious! They went above and beyond--pulling out the refrigerator and oven to clean the walls and floors underneath, cleaning the oven thoroughly, and tackling areas I hadn't even thought about. (They offered to clean inside the refrigerator too, but it was too full at the time.) Every detail was handled: light fixtures, ceiling fans, ceilings, windows, and window sills are now spotless--we can finally enjoy a clear view outside again. He ended up vacuuming and cleaning the house again. I made a few mistakes here: first, not going with a Yelp guaranteed business, because now I cannot get my money back. Second, sending money without verifying what they did. I asked them for less than half of the money back (I would like to use that for a gift certificate for my friend doing their cleaning work), but they refused any refund at all.
