We used these guys after buying a Groupon/Living Social voucher. There were some problems initially…read moretrying to make an appointment due to a wrong phone number and e-mail but I'm not sure if that was Living Social's problem or Class A's. Once we got the appointment set up, e-mail communication worked great. On the day of the service, they were over an hour late after the time set up. This might not be a problem for return customers but for an initial customer, I usually do not like leaving my house open to people I do not know. Just like waiting for the cable guy, there's nothing worse than waiting for people at your house when there's other things that need to be done that day. Once they arrived though, these guys really did a good job. The voucher we bought only including one person for two hours. They actually came with a team of four people and stayed almost the entire two hours. We had them clean our kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and service. We have a flat top stove that had gunk built up from it which had been near impossible to remove. They were able to remove almost all of it. They even cleaned our toaster oven! Overall, they did a great job cleaning and were very friendly. I would definetely use them again.

She says she can do it tomorrow but we are in a time crunch since this is a move out clean. Unbelievable and unacceptable! This is in response to the business owner's response... They were not in the parking lot for 20 minutes. If they told you that they were lying. I called my nephew right away and he texted me 3 minutes later and said he was there where were they? Your people were supposed to show BETWEEN 7:30-8:30 and they showed at 7:25 and wanted to know where my nephew was EARLY. It sounded like I wanted to cancel? No. I was pissed because all of a sudden we were given a time limit, 2 hours, that morning for a move out clean! Are you serious? You're people left within 10 minutes, don't lie. You did not wait until I texted you back because I was mid flight like I told you I would be. No one ever said we wanted to cancel!
