Yes, waxing is uncomfortable, but the ladies are professionally trained to make it as quick and painless as possible. I never had skin irritation, missed hairs, bumps, bruises, ingrown hairs, burns, or rashes afterward. The one hour of free parking is convenient as I am usually in and out in 20 minutes. It's a space for healing and focus. There's no privacy. The working areas are separated by panels. There are no doors but curtains facing the checkout counter. I could hear the next door client chatting with her esthetician nonstop. For that you go to therapy or simply have that session at home. It was distracting and extremely annoying. The choice of music and volume not okay. It gave me the impression these people wants to make quick money without having proper practice and real experience. Instead every month since my membership started I was charged the membership fee in addition to my appointment fee. In essence I was double charged every month for my service. Beware of the company not the technicians that are working for them. Keep track of your monthly charges. As of now the company has refused to refund me any money for the overcharged service.
