He got on top of the house but the hydro jet or camera wouldn't fit the pipe. So he came down & checked the main drain which was clear & ended up using a snake to unclog the shower. The problem is he still charged $1200 & only used a snake. Called & spoke with receptionist for manager to call me to discuss & no call yet. Well, these folks did NOT return. Even after we called and emailed. Now I have to sue them to get some relief. Just be careful if you use them. You may end up with an UNFINISHED, sloppy job.

I thought while their here Ill have them replace my old plumbing, (for about $2,000). My garbage disposal quit working while they were here so I asked them to replace it. "Sorry we dont do that, there often dirty and we dont mess with it, was the reply." Yes even after I offered to pay them extra. After about a week I went down to the basement to find it flooded, the workers unpluged the a/c pump which drains the water, after plugging it back in it failed to work though it worked before they came maybe it was just time for it to go ? Next Im guessing I broke the divertor to the main shower trying to secure it to the wall not sure how I did that or why they didnt make sure it was secured but the faucets quit working, anyways I found that there was no turn off valves for the hot and cold water lines so that the divertor could be replaced, they also didnt put a turn off valve on the hot water tank Took over a month to get the boss back out here for the turn off valves to be installed. Luckly I have two baths. I asked them to replace the divertor that I had purchased, " Happy to pay you for the work . Sorry we dont do that not enough money in it." $200 an hour $200 trip charge and theres not enough money in it ! And they were already here. Also said they dont do toilets again lucky I didnt need one. Maybe I have unrealistic expectations but when you call a plumber you expect them to do all the plumbing work and not pick and choose what they do and dont do. Believe me had I known that I would not have contracted them. What may have taken them an hour to replace the divertor will probably take me 5 trips to the hardware store several hundred dollars for the tools/ materials alot of time on u tube and Im sure some cussing as Im not a plumber. Hope this is a teaching /learning experience for you as it was for me.
