This is a nickel and dime operation and when they know they have you under contract, they will take full advantage of it via hidden fees and no transparency. 1. They have a 3 line paragraph hidden within a 6 or 7 page lease that states you have to let them know you are leaving, or the lease will automatically renew. I was supposed to notify them 60 days beforehand, I notified them 45 days beforehand and they agreed, but kept my security deposit. Like I was going to get that back anyway. 2. They billed me $600 to have my phone number and mail forwarded, subject to a signed contract. Something they presented to me the day before my scheduled move out. By the time my attorneys would even read this contract, I wouldn't even need the number forwarded anymore. One would think this would be a courtesy (as it was anywhere else I rented), especially after paying them tens of thousands of dollars of rent over the years. They even wanted to charge us for postage! Nickel and dime 3. After the move out, they charged me $735 for "paint, patch and repair." This was a 100sq foot, single person office with maybe 6 nail holes in the wall to "repair." I calculated it was like $350 an hour to paint an office the size of a walk in closet. So the previous reviewer loves them now, but wait until you have to move out and they charge you to "paint, patch and repair" your office, which is surprisingly going to cost the same amount as your security deposit.

I was told I needed approval for my chairs. I e-mailed and texted 2 of them several times. Never got an answer. Finally moved it in when they weren't looking, nobody ever noticed. We hosted a free educational event there. The board rooms were part of my membership. We were compliant with all the rules, we had the exact number of guests allowed, brought all our own equipment, and left it cleaner than we found it. The owner called me aside and said I had an "unauthorized event". I have a confirmation for a reservation. He had one ridiculous thing after another. After I successfully defended myself against each one of his outrages and false accusations, largely from a misinterpreted security video he had been studying, he said we looked through the cabinets. He accused me of touching his wine bottles. What we did was grab some ice (out of a very dirty ice box). He said he "felt robbed," called the cops and cancelled our memberships. I wish I could add the timelapse of the rager I threw! But since I can't picture this...a doctor giving a free informational seminar to patients. He told the cop he was entitled to a $500. For the reservation I made in advance, gave the receptionist all the details of what we would be doing, and is included in my membership.

I look forward to attending some of the events/presentations, and am so glad to have a professional, peaceful and gorgeous space in which to work when home is a bit too loud. When we signed the agreement, we told them we only needed the space for one month and they said they'd charge us for two but we would get a refund after the month was up. A few weeks into our renting the space, we received a contract that was to last until the end of the year. We let them know, again, that we only needed space for one month. We received written confirmation letting us know the contract was terminated. The one month is up and not only did we not get the promised refund for the additional month, they charged us for 3 more months! I would not recommend using Regus after our experience and we will be looking at other options should we need temporary office space in the future.

Secondly, they billed me for another month after I had given my notice (and they accepted it- btw, 60 day notice) and getting the money back was a huge hassle. I will be flagging Regus as a fraudulent charge through my credit card company when they try to charge me $99.90 for the month of April, and if you have a co-working membership that you'd like to pause, I urge you to do the same.

They came the next week while we were at work and serviced the unit without an appointment or authorization to enter our yard. Then they charged our credit card for the service (card was on file from previous years service) without authorization. We will be filing a report with the better business bureau for this completely unethical business practice.

We have used them for a number of years and couldn't be more pleased. Our tech (Angelino, who we had before) is extremely courteous and efficient. He came in the time period that was agreed upon and introduced himself. He replaced the battery, performed all necessary upkeep to keep it in working order. He explained everything that was done. A big shout-out to him and Integrity.
