We were lucky enough to have a few of the MSO at our Sharp Literacy event. This was the whole orchestra! Let me start at the beginning. There was a lot of confusion at this event. We couldn't tell who worked at the event, and whom didn't. Food was more apps than anything else. It was just ok. Nacho bar, hummus, artichoke dip... And drinks on the 6th floor. We are old (40-50) and didn't know we would have to walk up 6 flights of stairs. The elevators were strange to say the least. No buttons on the inside, only on the outside. Once we got upstairs... more poor planning. We kinda found our own stuff to do. There were two free drink stations upstairs with various tasks you had to perform for swag. We got glasses, handcuffs, and some safe house gift certificates and swag. We got to play some of the MSO instruments which I though was very cool. But again, at this event, like "Sharp," I found it very disrespectful that people were talking when the symphony was going on. Common people! Thiis was awesome! I knew most, if not all fo the music. My Dad played a lot of it for me when I was little. I liked how the symphony is trying to connect to the younger generation. So in conclusion, the MSO made the event worth the $20.00. They tack on Mail Forwarding for an additional $24.00 per month even when you tell them you don't want it. Upon lease renewal, instead of reactivating your old account, they will open a new one, and guess what, mail forwarding is on there and you have to figure out how to "opt out". Good luck the company never answers their phone; you cannot see any payment information or history, their communication is cryptic at best. They are unavailable to you once you sign. They will keep charging you for services you don't authorize. When you try to stop these charges, try to talk to someone, they blow you off and pass you around to 10 people who are all rude and condescending. Run away.

He is in it for himself, doesn't care about you as a client, and will do anything to put you in a terrible situation for a money grab. He will schmooze you til the end, and you won't even realize it because that's how slimy and shady he is. Trust me (an unbiased client who was looking for a new home and got absolutely ROBBED), or feel free to trust his boy club buddies (majority of whom work or have worked with him). His reviews are a facade as weak as his actual real estate skills. Literally, go to anyone else. Give your commission to someone knowledgeable and trustworthy. Someone who will do the work and who's earned and deserves it. Someone who will find you something appropriate within your price range, provide actual guidance and support, go to bat for you, and has negotiation skills. Not a young amateur who will not spend an extra minute on you and will screw you over with terrible advice to make a couple more bucks for his and his girlfriend's pocket.
