I let my son's computer there on a Wednesday to get the battery replaced. Which he needs for school. And called 2 days later to see the status of it. And it hasn't been touched. Which I was understanding to considering he just relocated and was having some issues. He said he call me back the next day. And never called. I called him today Monday. And left a message and called a couple more times within a few hours. And continued to not answer me. I called using someone else's phone after. And he answered right away. And was giving me a excuses as to why he didn't call and wnt to to get my computer to take somewhere else. And he he kept giving me excuses as to why he was ignoring me and lied to my face about not answering anyone's calls. When he clearly answered my moms phone that I used. I said that wasn't any way to conduct a yourself in business with customer service It's a common courtesy to call someone back if you're telling them your going to. And not leave them hanging. My Ps4 has a problem with the picture not on my tv. I contacted HQ computer repair, they replied back extremely fast and said i could bring it in the next day at 11:30am. I brought it in and they immediately knew what was wrong. They gave me a quote and told me they would try and have it ready the same day, if they could get the customers before done. I left my ps4 with them and headed to work. They kept me up to date with text messages on how the process was going and even sent pictures of the work. They informed me it was ready by 3 pm that day. The staff is extremely nice, friendly, but most importantly very helpful and knowledgeable. Suffice it to say i was extremely happy with the price, process and results. My Samsung laptop needed a battery replacement so I looked around where to take it. Found this place on Google. (Had good reviews so I went with it). I dropped off my laptop and he said 7 days for the new battery to arrive. Altogether it took maybe 2 weeks for it to be ready. I used it once when I got home and that was it. After that the battery never was able to hold a charge. I contacted him again and he told me to bring it in. He would check it out. I called him almost weekly asking for updates because the lack of communication was horrible. Weeks went on and not a word. He held the laptop for 2 months. Never got a single update unless I called. He would say I'll keep in contact. I'll call you in a couple days with an update and never did. I got tired of the wait and picked up the laptop without it being done. Now I get home and open it up to try to see what's wrong and I have a screw missing in the back. Then the battery he placed doesn't even fit like the old one and I only have 1 screw holding the battery when it should be 4. If you're going to run a business please have better communication with your clients because it was horrible with me. I regret not going some place else. read more

Dude's kinda sketchy. When i dropped it off he seemed nice & professional. He said it would take 3-4 business days for the replacement part to arrive (i dropped it off on a saturday night and it was fixed by tuesday morning which doesn't really make sense). I went to pick my laptop up and he seemed in a bad mood, he then told me that the last person who tried to fix my laptop glued it back together and that some screws were missing. There was some yellow stuff on the sides of it which he said was the dried glue but I'm 100% certain it wasn't there before i dropped it off. He aseemed like he was lying and wasn't really looking me in the eye. My laptop works okay but something about him made me feel uneasy read more

Stay away from this place unless you got cash. Told me to come by sameday repair for my laptop. It was fixed to perfection don't get me wrong. However I go to pay which he clarified on the phone that I could pay via credit card. His machine wasn't working all of a sudden when I showed up. He refused to meet me in between and make things right and even had an attitude. Finally I had to get really stearn and I gave him an ultimatum. I said I'd pay him his cash but fifty dollars less. I'm a college student. I needed my credit to pay for this because I didn't have cash. He said come by the next day to pay card next day the machine was still broken. He's a crook and shady as hell.
