My friend had an issue with his pc which I don't need to detail. I was helping him build it and it go to a point where this issue needed somebody like the owner of this shop. Dudes been working on pc's since XP...just the guy we needed. Very friendly & kind man who I presume to be the owner? He was honest and told us about some of the shady business practices we found ourselves in, the manufacturer of our motherboard wasted our time (weeks) claiming they would fix our issue but they did absolutely nothing and just shipped it back; and apparently this is normal. He was nice enough to offer to a vendors letter to actually get the process going but ultimately my friend got a new cpu that was definitely supported and the warranty claim cpu will be resold. He went from not having his pc for 2 months to overnight success. Thank you very much for who you are, what your ethics and morals are, and how you do business. Much respect! read more
