The staff is incredibly friendly. I love the location, too! Piazza Grande has plenty of other businesses in the area and it feel like you're in a completely different place in Orlando. Back to the office space. They have offices that accommodate 4 people, a conference room, and a large room for presentations. They are usually open 9-5 but are available after hours with the right arrangement. They also have individual work desks if you need just a space to concentrate. They also offer WiFi, a small kitchen, and there are lots of parking outside.

Great Staff, Horrible Pricing Regus leaders should wake up…read moreeach day and thank the Lord that WeWork managed to self-implode. the fact that a decent competitor to this awful company hasn't emerged in orlando is sad. maybe someday we'll have real options like they do in DC, NY, Miami, LA etc. until then, prepared to be charged $100 for "coffee" each month. yes really- the thing most competitors give you for free, along with fresh fruit, yogurt, protein bars, energy drinks (they just include it in the price) is extra- just for coffee. use the starbucks downstairs. you will be charged a full month's rent for "cleanout" whatever that means. there was no cleaning done when we left. didn't matter. a full month's rent (based on the square footage of the office). Oh and on a few occasions, the printer or wifi had issues. no, they don't discount your rent when that happens. THE ONLY GOOD THING is 1) lots of parking and 2) the staff is excellent. they should give the front desk staff a raise.

If I wanted an office solution, I highly would consider this space rather than traveling downtown. Another huge plus is the fact that it enjoy ample and easy parking, and as it is in a plaza, lots of affordable lunch and catering options, including Publix. To give you a better sense of the space, it is colorful, yet "warehousy" in a very trendy sense, and lots of great lighting and windows to invite the outside in. There are several sizes in office spaces, including the one I visited which is very intimate and private. Good enough for one desk plus a visitor. Common meeting spaces abound as well.

**1 Star - Regus is giving contradictory and false information about my $2,109.20 retainer refund**…read more I moved out of my Regus office on August 1, 2026, after my agreement ended July 31. I submitted the Return of Retainer request on August 4 and provided my current bank information for the refund. My account was reconciled and shows a $0 balance. Regus initially confirmed that my $2,109.20 retainer was being refunded by ACH to my current bank account. I was also told that September 9, 2026 was the latest date I should expect to receive the money. September 9 passed and I still had not received the refund. Then, after I followed up, a Regus representative gave me a completely different explanation. I was told that the $2,109.20 had supposedly been refunded on August 12 to a credit card ending in 8971. **That statement is false. No refund was made to that card.** The card had been closed and was no longer my account for months before August 12. More importantly, that explanation conflicts with Regus's own stated refund procedure. Regus's Help information specifically states that retainer refunds are processed by **bank/wire transfer directly into the customer's bank account**, and the Return of Retainer process requires the customer to provide their bank information. I provided my current bank information through that process. I have also received written confirmation from other Regus representatives that the $2,109.20 was being sent by ACH to my current bank account. I now have multiple contradictory explanations from Regus regarding the exact same $2,109.20. I have asked Regus to provide actual proof of the alleged August 12 refund -- including the payment/transaction reference and evidence that funds were actually transmitted and received -- rather than simply pointing to an internal accounting entry. At this point, the issue is no longer simply that a refund is taking too long. **Regus is providing contradictory information about what happened to my money, including an explanation that conflicts with its own stated refund procedure.** I am willing to update this review if Regus resolves the matter and actually returns my $2,109.20. Until then, this has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. **Regus: Please return the $2,109.20 and provide a clear, verifiable accounting of what happened to the funds.**

I know Guidewell as a healthcare professional because of their state of the art urgent care centers, but this was my first time hearing of this venture. Located in the heart of medical city, this is an office building (but so much more than that!) that caters to health and technology startups and has a really great aesthetic as well as great technology. Where they set themselves apart is with the theater space they rent out for meetings, such as the one I attended. It is quite honestly the coolest auditorium I've ever seen (true 360 view, quality sound, ample screens). The common area in the front is great as well. Parking is free and ample, which makes it stick out from other similarly sized spaces. Guidewell is a local company and is really investing in the local community and it shows. Fostering successful start ups really makes a difference to the local community and the staff were super courteous as well.

I'm LOVING this new coworking space in Orlando!…read more First off- It's in Orlando's historic (and fabulous) Church Street Exchange Building. I swear, sometimes it feels like I'm walking down the stairs at the Gatsby Estate. Next, this space is geared towards tech start-ups and related fields. This means that everyone that's working alongside you is doing something creative and crazy cool. The networking alone on a daily basis is worth the membership fee! (Spoken like a non-techie...) The space itself is open-plan and reminds me of the Yelp headquarters in San Fran (or any tech hub in that city). Wide long tables allow you to work alongside new people or change your scenery and move over to the couches. They also have a shared kitchen with water, coffee, and even a few beer kegs for after-hour mingling! Probably one of the coolest features is the meeting space. Canvs has quite a few conference rooms of different sizes for large groups as well as small. Each room can be reserved for the day (for a very low fee compared to other meeting spaces) and you get to hold meetings in one of the coolest 'offices' in Orlando. Don't miss the bike rack wall! Making me feel like a total tool for driving, but also working with the SunRail tracks just outside the windows to serve as a not-so-subtle reminder that there are other transportation options in this town!! ~Yay!~ Drop in ($25 day pass) to check it out and soak in how cool this city is getting!!

Walking in and seeing the fountain is always a highlight. The Canvs space is large with mostly desks for rent throughout. My favorite part of my Canvs membership is their conference rooms. They have three sizes ranging from small (2-3 people), medium (6-7 people) and large (15+ people). Most of the rooms have whiteboards and all have large tv monitors for screen sharing. The kitchen is truly awesome! My guests always enjoy the free snacks (peanut butter pretzels anyone?) and freshly brewed coffee. I have been a member now for nearly a couple years and highly recommend it. The people are great and the space productive. Check it out!
