Amy even let me know they were running a special at the time and made sure it was applied to my booking -- which I truly appreciated. Since I'm located in Jacksonville, she took the time to send me a detailed video of the venue so I could see the space beforehand. That gave me so much peace of mind. On the day of the event, she proactively reached out to let me know she was having some issues with her phone but wanted to make sure I had an alternate number to contact her just in case. That level of communication meant a lot. We did have a small issue opening the lockbox to retrieve the keys, but when we called, she answered right away and calmly walked us through accessing the backup key. Problem solved quickly! Most importantly, the space looked exactly like the video -- clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our celebration. Everything went smoothly, and my son had an amazing surprise birthday. I would absolutely book again and highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful space with excellent customer service!

We love the set up of the villa especially with it being for 4 adults - Me, my hubby, my mom, and dad! We didn't have to be stuck in one hotel room. We had perfect space where we didn't have to be on top of each other. We had a downstairs open living room, dining area, small kitchen, and a bathroom with shower downstairs. The couch even has a bed in it if one needs it. Upstairs is two bedrooms and an adjoining bathroom with bath tub. One bedroom had two double beds and one bedroom has a king sized bed. The beds were very comfy, the sheets and comforter were cozy. Only thing was the pillows were very small. We had a view of the creek which was nice and nature-y! The pool was nice along with two small hot tubs which were not hot. They have a park and big grassy area for our dog to play. We were not able to walk the boardwalk and gazebo which looked really nice. At the end, customer service was weird because the person I called to extend my check out an hour didn't know we existed. He said it was because Booking.com and their system did not communicate. Also, I asked for two towels and they brought us two rolls of toilet paper. I was like What?! At least our receipt matched our quote from Booking.com. All in all, we loved our clean roomy villa and would recommend staying here.

You will have roaches and fleas inside your apartment within one month of moving in. Every neighbor I have talked to has gotten fleas from the common areas and the abundance of dogs. Roaches constantly roam the halls and I have had 4 inside my bathroom. Dog waste is not picked up by the majority of residents, and the waste receptacles are few and far between. The smell of marijuana permeates the hallways. Neighbors are loud, and the apartments are not well built. I have had doors break inside my apartment and they still have not been properly fixed. Mold is also an issue, as there is not proper ventilation. Much of my wardrobe was ruined by mold. Amenities are constantly closed. Spa has been closed for more than 30 of the days I have lived here. Elevators go out of service. Concierge isn't 24 hours and they go home often, preventing you from picking up mail. Office staff is rude. Concierge expects tips for giving you your package. I cannot say this strongly enough, AVOID THIS PLACE.

We definitely appreciate the personal touch of greeting us by our names and always being so kind to our family. The Maintenance team is on point. True hard workers and pays attention to detail. We had a clogged sink, and they came to fix it. While they were here, they asked if there was anything else they could do, possibly a new filter. So, he came back with a filter and smile on his face. :) The Community is very beautiful and they maintain the landscaping very well. I love how clean everything is, no matter where you are on the property. I lived in this apartment for 8 months and experienced several serious issues:…read more 1、Towing problems - the apartment appears to work with a towing company to tow and auction cars. 2、Unfair deposit deductions - they withheld my security deposit and even charged me an extra $100, claiming there was dust in the corners and "signs of use" on appliances as the photo shows. They could not provide any invoices or proper evidence. I was extremely careful during my tenancy and documented everything with photos when I moved in, anticipating that this "luxury" apartment might try to make up reasons to keep my deposit. If they want to find something, they always will. 3、Pest issues - there were many large cockroaches and ants in the apartment. I submitted requests for cleaning and pest control, but these were ignored. Customer service is non-existent. Their attitude is basically: "Contact whoever you want, file complaints if you like--we don't care." Overall, very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this property.
