I have a WeWork on demand but there are no WeWorks in Kissimmee. I came across this Think Inn and the day pass of $30 or upgrade to a private office for $60 a day. Karina the office manager responded to my inquiry and I then made a reservation to use the space during my visit. The space is brand new having opened up earlier in 2021. Very bright. It's tucked inside the Greenpoint Hotel (I had to ask for directions upon arrival). The first day was great, super quiet, met a fellow entrepreneur. The second day, there was a transformer outage that knocked out the internet and the service was spotty the whole day. Had meetings but then the internet goes down. Had to use my personal wifi. Third (and final day of my rental agreement) the internet does not work for me at all. I had to use my personal wifi. I asked Karina what can be done. Was told that everyone's internet was working. I could use an ethernet but I don't have an adaptor. Was told that I'm paying for the space and if the internet doesn't work, oh well. Overall, beautiful space. Experience-wise, not good. My take is that the internet is key to a coworking space. TBD on getting a credit.

The menu was honestly one of my favorite parts. There were so many unique drinks that I couldn't decide, so I ended up ordering two. I tried the ube latte and the Blue Pandan Cloud Vietnamese latte, and both were delicious. If I had to pick a favorite though, the ube latte definitely takes the cake. The staff was super friendly, and the café had a quiet, relaxed atmosphere that would be perfect for getting some work done or catching up with a friend. One thing that makes XO even more unique is that there's also a tattoo studio inside. From what I saw, appointments are required, but I thought it was such a cool concept and added to the overall vibe of the space. I'll definitely be back because there are still so many drinks on the menu I want to try. If you love creative coffee flavors and enjoy finding coffee shops with a little personality, XO is absolutely worth a visit.

Would never have thought of combining the two, but it worked! Upon walking in there is a room where there were about 3-5 tattoo artists. Further inside the the coffee shop is the barista and sitting area which seemed very inviting and comfortable. I purchased chai latte, which was so amazing. I asked for a side of honey and the barista mentioned it was sweet and she wasn't lying, it was perfect. Definitely a place I could consider lounging around. There were not a lot of pastry options. The coolest was a box with cool stuff in it, which was a give and take situation. You usually see this for book arks but in this case it was a cool wall mounted case with a sooooo many cool things. The price was reasonable and I'd consider returning when visiting Fla. again.
