When we asked about the hours and learned about our mistake the blonde woman from the company laughed at us With that we left (still not 5PM) and left without anyone from the company saying a word. We are very disappointed and will not go to any estate sale put on by this company. They must have a huge supply of paying customers to close early and sneer at us.

The home was beautifully staged, with all the items for sale tastefully arranged in each room according to their function. The prices were quite reasonable, and all the staff onsite were extremely helpful in guiding us through the rooms, especially if we had questions about certain items. They were all cheerful and friendly, welcoming us to the event. Despite the large number of customers, the checkout line moved fairly rapidly and quite smoothly. They were set up to accept cash and credit or debit cards; there may have been other forms of payment accepted, but those choices were enough for me.
