I live two states away, so dealing with the physical estate would have been a challenge. However, after some fruitless searching with a couple other estate sales folks, a friend recommended Adrianna (ToZ) and this was a huge deal. Adrianna saved my butt and a portion of my mental health, quite honestly. For the short time I was on site, Adrianna scheduled a visit, reviewed what was needed, provided a very comprehensive contract and I was able to engage her in short order. She was already very busy, but, through diligence and luck, she managed to fit me into an earlier time slot. Every single interaction of the many, from our remote distance, she was on the ball (she is still! With eBay listings--there were some collectables involved). She proved herself super skilled, knowledgeable, experienced, professional but kind, excellent communicator, and also a very fine conversationalist. I would not usually say something like that except that, having just lost my best friend weeks before, even our professional interactions were tinged with a particular empathic generosity that I can honestly say took a momentary edge off my grief ever time. For just that, I am grateful to have found her and her services. Remotely (with the help of a kind neighbor), she managed the entire clear out of his 1400 sft place, held the sale, managed the finicky HOA mind games(!!), ran the logistics of the sale behind a gated community with very particular parking restrictions--this was truly extraordinary and ended with the president of the HOA complimenting the affair for its organization and minimum impact on a very small neighborhood--and then settle up the financial parts, with all necessary documentation, timely. I had been through this before with my Mom's estate under very different circumstances (also remote), and Adrianna showed equal if not more stellar service. My head boggles at all the work. Her fee: beyond reasonable, though I would say completely undervalued as a complete service. in a time of such extreme grief, her excellent services made it possible for me to manage my friend's estate in the most effortless way and keep a modicum of sanity, knowing that someone who really knew what they were doing was there to take care of things. It would be done right, a massive weight off my mind. You couldn't do better.
