The quote was very reasonable and his timing was perfect! He offered to come and complete the job with less than a week's notice (to meet the timeline I needed for a small get together to celebrate my husband's birthday outside in the yard). We have used 3 other companies in the past 3 years and CP PROPERTY SERVICES was by far the best service we have ever received. The GM, Mike and his team were polite, professional, friendly and went out if their way to make sure we were happy with their service and the results of their work. Mike walked around the house and went over what he was doing and then again when the job was complete. I can tell Chris, Mike and their entire team take a lot pride in their work and that is the type of company I want to do business with. I will continue to use them for years to come!! One, they are excellent communicators. They let me know when they are coming, and leave a sheet explaining what they have done when they leave. Their periodic reports on seasonal issues are informative, and I find them helpful. Second, they have never pressured me regarding additional treatments. (Grub treatment, or thatching for instance). They let me know the extra treatments are available, but there has never been any pressure to use them. This is distinctly different from my last service, who seemed to call me at least once a week, and was the reason I stopped using them. So, I am a very satisfied customer.

I hired Josh to do a complete yard cleanup after purchasing a property that had been neglected for…read moremany years. The first phase was leave cleanup, about 5 years of leaves. His crew came in and they worked hard , and fast took a few days however they got it all cleaned. I was so impressed I hired them again to come in , clean out the neglected flower beds , re-mulch and plant flowers. I have also used him for plowing / snow removal services.
