They even went so far as to inspect the items in the box and point out a couple of small blemishes on the cups, ensuring that I was aware and could make a decision based on that knowledge. The clips on one cracked, but they refused to take the broken one back. Exchange only for the unopened tray. They said they sell 200 of them a year and nobody has complained. That's not the point. We complained and we're stuck with a busted tray. We try to buy locally but there are lots of other sources that will stand behind their products. It's a small town. People talk.
