She was quick to steer me into a hidden Clearance section where I had fun looking at and picking up stuff! I picked up a beautiful Howard Miller wood clock for my Dad's office What I really enjoyed was going through the greeting card section looking for the perfect message and sense of humor! I couldn't believe some of the prices of the American Greetings - $1? And an entire section for $1.49 each card / any card? Why not write a personal message to someone you care for vs. a text? Besides their huge assortment of pens/writing instruments, the card section is my 2nd favorite spot in the store!

We have many different printers throughout our office and he always lets me know promptly, either via phone or email, if EDP is out of stock and if there are specials and promos available. I recently added a new toner to my list and he advised to get it either online or at a local office supply store as it is not one that they usually stock. This kind of customer service is very important to me. He has also helped me troubleshoot a malfunctioning printer from time to time. Way outside of his job requirement! I receive 5-6 calls a year from mainland vendors regarding toner, and I tell them all the same thing; I have the best supplier ever and I have no intention of switching, so go bother someone else.
