DO NOT order online. Order in person. Pay in Cash. If any issues arise they can't access any of the online payment information apparently. So they cannot refund or refund differences normally. She had to call their boss for special permission and you have to lose the 3% credit card fee from your refund. This is not written anywhere we could find on the online ordering website nor the confirmation email that was sent. The online is convenient as it can specify everything for you without you having to go down as well as provide a proof for your review. The online ordering program is great. The stamp itself is good. The communication of any issues is nonexistent from our experience. The only communication we received was a confirmation email and an email that the stamp was ready for pick up. We needed the stamp fast so we went with this one day service. It was not communicated to us at all that our original model of stamp would take 2 weeks since they had to order a part/the stamp/something from China. So what they did was downgrade us to a cheaper stamp without saying anything. We had to look up on their website the pricing to see they went from a $39 stamp to a $24 stamp. The initial reason/excuse given when we went back was that "No one usually orders that stamp. That one that small. They usually order this one." (paraphrased). When we asked for a refund of the difference in price it was when we found out they normally can't do any refunds if we order online. As far as I can tell this is not specified anywhere as a notice/warning on their website. She ended up having to call her boss to get approval but we had to lose 3% of the refund for the credit card fee. She had to take the total off our confirmation email and look up the prices on their website to figure out the difference. If someone else used their credit card, you will have to get all the information on the card for them to run it for the refund as they have no access to the online ordering information. We see this as very unfair to us. We did not make the mistake on our order. We were not notified that they did not have our stamp model and that it would take 2 weeks. And there was no approval sought to change from a MaxLight XL115 Pre-Inked Stamp to a cheaper Trodat Ideal Self-Inking Rectangular 4911. We were left with a very bad taste in our mouth. This could have been avoided earlier with good communication. And we were punished on our refund with the 3% credit card fee through no fault of our own. I highly recommend you use the online order to make the proof of what you want and then you take that down to order in person to avoid the problem we had with them. MAKE SURE to check all stamps received to stamps ordered as we had the find out after the fact that they will switch stamp models on you without any notice. AND PAY CASH. read more

I needed 8 customs stamps ASAP and Rubber Stamp One Day Service was able to come through within 24 hours. They came out to about $28 per custom stamp. This local shop is located near Ala Moana in the more industrial area. All of the cars and parking can be a bit crazy but there are a few dedicated stalls just for RSODS. When I first ordered and then picked up my stamps, I parked right up front by the entrance. I brought in my laptop with a few different designs I wanted to make into stamps. I emailed them over and then we talked size and ink color etc. One of the designs I had, we had printed it out in one color and the design wasn't very legible so I decided not to go with it. I loved that they had the " we tried, but it didn't work out and at least we know" attitude! I had an feeling that the design wouldn't translate well into a stamp but I'm glad that she was willing to test it out. This is a stamp making shop, not a graphic design studio. Come in with a digital design that you're happy with and they can make it into a stamp. I was really happy with the service I received! We wanted a stamp for our handcrafting business. We were going to order a stamp on Etsy but found that it was only a "fill in the blank" kind of stamp, so we decided to check out RSODS instead. Nana is the woman behind the counter and she is very friendly and enthusiastic!! We showed her what we wanted from a seller on Etsy and asked to make it "Made with aloha" rather than the Etsy one that said "Made with love". I'm so glad I found this place! I needed to get my Notary Public stamps made locally (and quickly) and found RSOD through Google and Yelp searches. I was a little nervous to contact this place after reading the Yelp reviews, but I gave it a shot. I wish I got her name, but the lady who answered the phone and helped me from start to completion of my order was nothing but quick, courteous, and professional. When I called RSOD to find out the procedure to order custom stamps, she quickly (within a minute) emailed me a Notary Public Stamps and Supplies order form to fill out. I emailed back my order back and I had my Notary seal and certification stamp custom made in ONE day! I was also able to purchase the required Notary record book from RSOD, which was a huge bonus since I didn't have to find it somewhere else. Only recommendation I have is to call them to check if they received your email order (if you use that method). They have so many orders that you want to make sure they've received your order, plus she will also tell you when you can pick up your stamps. Parking is tricky - lets be real, this is town in the industrial area. RSOD does have 1 or 2 stalls for parking literally right in front of their shop. A friend told me about this rubber stamp place where I could get custom made stamp for my son's school supplies.. those crayons, colored pens and pencils galore! I went in after dropping my son off at summer fun probably after 830, walked in and was met by this green haired Chinese (I think) lady. I told her what I needed, gave her my son's name and she gave me a sample print out, I okayed it. The rubber stamp was $8, but because I needed permanent ink (most expensive) and an ink pad, it was more than expected. ($45 total) She said it would be ready at 2:30, but they close at 3:30. I didn't want to deal with traffic so I told her I would come back the next day. That morning I also went to McKinley car wash for my very first time. Came back the next morning and my order was ready. Son was thrilled to have a stamp with his name. Awkward to stamp onto crayola markers, need that steady hand. He did the pencils, I did the markers. I told him crayons were easier but I ended up stamping them all anyway. Permanent ink is like very permanent! I picked up the order on 7/20, kid and I started on the epic challenge of labeling everything the next day. Got a blue dot on my leg from the ink that hasn't disappeared yet. Be careful with it. The woman saw that my stamp was marked Office Depot and immediately said "we can't fix their stamps! You need to go to them." When I mentioned that Office Depot referred me to them, she repeated what she said and bluntly added "you need a new stamp! We cannot fix it." Her tone was so rude and not helpful at all. Does your child's school make you label EVERY. SINGLE. ITEM. including each pencil and crayon? No? Well aren't you lucky! Me, I'm not so fortunate. On a friend's recommendation, I purchased a rubber stamp with PERMANENT (that's the key) ink. Best investment for school I've made. Previously I purchased stickers with cute characters for my kids but they're just that. Cute stickers. Not functional at all. After the first few days I see the stickers stuck to random papers and school books. You can still get stickers for folders and composition books. Added bonus is that all my kids have the same first initial so I ordered the stamp with their first initial and our last name. Saved myself $16 lol (they are $8 each). I ordered (and paid for with my credit card) a rubber stamp on Friday, February 15, 2019, via their website. Because I did not receive the rubber stamp within a reasonable time period, I called the office on February 25, 2019 and I spoke to a person named "Nana". I gave her my order number as well as the date the rubber stamp was ordered. She replied that she would check the USPS tracking number and e-mail me the expected delivery date. Since I did not receive an e-mail on either February 25 or the morning of February 26, 2019, I called again and "Nana" told me that I would receive it on February 26, 2019. I received the rubber stamp via USPS on February 26, 2019. The USPS postage stamp on the envelope shows a date of February 25, 2019. So my order certainly was not "one-day service" or within what I consider a reasonable time period. read more

Unpleasant store clerk. It is baffling that these types of rinky dink stores manage their rent roll. This looks like a one woman shop. And that woman, is someone who doesn't want your business. Perhaps she is so independently wealthy that this is just a hobby for her. She didn't want to stand up to answer our questions when we stepped into the store. She was visibly irritated at having to actually, stand, and walk two steps, to her left, to have a customer interaction. Note to you kids out there, do what you love, and work hard in school, or you will end up working in a 100sq ft stamp store in the middle of nowhere, hating every person who walks through that door. As an aside, being "Chinese" is not an excuse for being a hater, as mentioned in another review. Now for the stamps. The stamps here are ridiculously cheap, flimsy little plastic self inking stampers which, do not Ink properly. That is to say, they don't stamp... Half the address stamps we tried did not stamp the whole address on a piece of paper. When all you sell are stamps, you probably want to make sure they, stamp. Office Depot will make you a better stamp, charge you less, and without any 'cultural/ethnic' interactions. Save yourself some money and the aggravation. read more

Yes, they make a stamp in a day - and that is great is you are willing to put up with bad service and a total lack of attention to detail. These things are pricey - and on too many occasions I've sent detailed instructions with my stamp designs only to have them totally disregarded and the final printed stamps to be completely useless. Yesterday the owner went out of her way to show how little she cared about me, the fact that she printed the stamp wrong, and that she didn't have time to read the instructions in emails. In return, I'm writing this review for her company, and pledging to use mainland shops for my future stamp needs. If you are looking to do anything more advanced than a simple address stamp, I suggest you do the same. read more

She then told me they wouldn't take card unless over $10 there was no sign and no notice given to me when I emailed in the order. When I asked if I could buy something for $3 she declined rudely. I grabbed my stamp and their was excess ink still on it and it got in my hand. I figure the least they could do if they tested it would be to clean it.
