Upon entering, I felt a bit anxious returning such a big machine. Worried I was not going to be able to return it or worried I was going to be given a hard time. Boy was I wrong! Upon entering, there was a line but it moved quickly. Once it was my turn, I was met with a professional and pleasant "hello, I can help you here". The young lady that helped me completed my refund within a minute! All the while making me feel welcomed and not rushed at all. The entire staff that day could teach a class on customer service to a lot of businesses that lack it because they nailed it. The first time I had to send out 5 packages, it was a Saturday and USPS closes early so I went to the UPS store to send my packages. The girl put in all 5 package information, come to find out she put it in wrong in the system. So she had to start all over again, and do each package individually. The line got long after me, so I felt bad. Good thing another worker was there to help her and guide her to do it. The second time, I only had one package to send. The worker asked me if the address was correct on the screen, and I told the worker it's missing the apartment number. So he fixed it, showed me the screen and asked again "is it correct on the screen" and I said "no it's still missing the apartment number" I think the manager had to step aside the worker and guide them how to properly fix it. It did get fixed, but they over charged me so much. My packages are pretty much the same size and weight but one was under $10 the other I got charged $22. The customer service is pretty good though, they are super nice and friendly. This location is best for dropping off already ready to send mail, passport pictures from my experience. I would go back to do those services but not going to send mail through them.

It was the Monday after New Years so I expected it to be busy with people returning gifts to Amazon. At 9:30 am the line was out the door with about 10 people outside and 5 inside. With only 2 reps working it went surprisingly quick. The third rep was helping someone at a table get a document notarized but after that she asked if anyone had just Amazon returns and was able to help them at the table. The reps here are very nice and efficient. Was able to complete my returns within seconds. All in all maybe waited 10 minutes from outside to being helped. Good job!

The problem sometimes with working out of your home is that you often have the distractions of your personal life around you such as laundry, dishes, TV, random food, etc. When you work out of a virtual office such as this you can just concentrate on the tasks at hand. The office is pretty swanky, air conditioned and has a very professional appearance. There's a receptionist to greet anyone who comes to have a meeting with you and a conference room is available as well. They've got everything you need to run your business (printers, binding machines, Wi-Fi) and you can even hire in-house secretarial help. I'm going to get all my Yelp packages sent there because I am tired of missing the UPS/FedEx guy and being forced to drive out to the airport! I think that Resource Suites represents how technology is changing where and how we work. No longer do you have to be chained to a desk but if you choose to do it for productivity's sake then this is a place for you!
