Our first interaction was very helpful and he got me quoted pretty decently and had a set price for the rebuild. From there, he helped me order the right parts and took me step by step to doing a PC rebuild to make sure everything works and none of my data was lost. The parts came in and Korey came and picked all the parts up and began the rebuild, taking me step by step through the process. Communication was Excellent and he sent photos of the assembly. First of all you get a representative from the mainland. The person I talked to advised me that the Iwilei Best Buy were sold out on the microwave that I was looking for . She did advise me that Aiea location had 1 in stock so I rushed over to the Aiea Best Buy . Aiea store is very clean and spacious their appliances is located upstairs. I did asked a sale person if I could get that last Panasonic microwave. He then went into the stock room and came out with the box . He asked that if I needed help carrying the microwave downstairs and I said ok . The young gentleman took the microwave to the cashier station . I got to the cashier counter and Christian helped ringing my merchandise up . Christian gave me the total and the price was different than the quote I got from the customer service agent over the phone . They are always very prompt and so easy to pick up in the grab and go area. Because my print jobs are always ready the next day, I didn't even bother to check for a "job completed" email. When I arrived one hour before store closing, my order wasn't there. There was an employee in the print area cleaning up. He checked my order for me and said it will be ready the next day because of the large queue of jobs. However, he was so kind to offer to print it for me if I didn't mind waiting. I appreciate his thoughtfulness because it was one less errand I had to do the next day and I know he was busy shutting down. Great customer service like that is special.
