The man who came said "there better be a big fat tip for this". I had no cash. He asked me to drive around the airport back to departures so I could use the ATM to tip him. In hindsight I should have said no, he was already getting paid. But he made me so uncomfortable, like I owed him something. He got a 20 dollar tip that I regret giving him. Just really unprofessional. A tip for a jump start when they're already getting paid just isn't necessary.
