I was very upset because we paid extra for a shot of espresso and it had no coffee flavor so over the phone I asked for a coupon for next time they declined. I asked for them to put my name down so I can get a discount on my next drink they declined. They said the only way was to bring the drink back for a new drink so I told him I would be there within minutes to have the drink replaced, but my dad had a drink in his half. They insinuated that I had only wanted a free drink over the phone and in person after I told them I wanted my correct drink not so sweet. They refuse to give me a new drink and basically said that I was just trying to get a free drink which that was far from true they said that they made the drink correct and that they weren't at fault however, I believe they used way too much syrup and caramel sauce and it was so sweet. I have visited over 15 different scooters locations and have been drinking scooters coffee for over eight years now with 4.5k reward points.. I am highly dissatisfied with these two locations in Hutchinson Kansas that I no longer will be spending my money and bringing my father there I feel disrespected and not cared for as a customer. I thought I would see myself working there in the past, but I'm glad it didn't work out. they only care about money and product. They don't care about their customer. Not to mention they also tried arguing with me in the drive thru.. the lack of customer care is terrible at this location. They need to learn how to properly make drinks.. if I wanted ice cream I'd go to bogey. These Scooters workers are careless and do not care about making it right. So instead of making it right I will take my buisness to Starbucks & tell everyone ik to avoid this location. They may have saved themself from making an second drink but they lost an forever customer.. which one do you think is worst.. losing an drink or losing an customer. You do the math.
