When I asked about ketchup, she gave me more attitude instead of just fixing the issue. Things escalated when I got frustrated and used some strong language -- but nothing threatening or aggressive. Instead of de-escalating, she called the police and had me trespassed from the property over a few curse words. Even the officers seemed surprised by the overreaction. To top it off, the food was terrible: cold, dry burger, and soggy onion rings. The area around the store was dirty and noisy. If this is the kind of "leadership" Sonic has running their locations, it's no wonder the food and service are suffering. I'll never return to this location -- or possibly any Sonic again.
