This is our third time visiting this restaurant. The last two times the food was alright but took F O R E V E R! to arrive. The business is clean and pleasant and would be a nice place to visit if the service wasn't so spotty. The straw that broke the camels back was a Thursday evening after our grandsons ball game. My daughter, three grandkids and I stopped in after the game to get an ice cream cone. The young lady at the counter said she just "wiped down the counter" and so she would Not get us cones. Sure it was close to closing time but there were still customers eating...... the young lady was Adamant that she was Not serving us. Needless to say we had some very disappointed kids! The room in the back is good for groups, but one person had there food served cold and the diet pop was off, but they are the kind of place where if you speak up they will fix things. First of all, everyone has a bad day. Always tip your wait staff. That being said, coffee refills didn't happen, and the extra rare steak with sunny side up eggs I ordered came to me medium with over hard eggs. Thankfully for the restaurant the wait was so long that I was hungry enough to eat it anyway. I ignore this type of thing in a busy place,but when there's only a few tables I take notice. I will be driving the extra bit and eating at the Boondocks in Wadena. They refill my coffee and prepare what I order. Only coming back for gas. read more

Everything about it was "small town cafe", which there is nothing wrong with. The burgers were well, well done...lacking any juice or flavor. Tator tots were over cooked. Forgot the ranch and blue cheese for the wings, but it was carry out so I wasn't driving back. Again, average is the perfect word for what we got. read more

We were desperate for a place to eat while traveling. We were pleasantly surprised to find this place. Very nice and clean. Had a couple of unique items. I had the Juicy Cheese curd burger and it was really good. My wife had some sort of Buffalo chicken sandwich that had BBQ sauce on it. It was really really good. I doubt I'll ever be in Sebeka again anytime soon but would eat there again. read more

You can trust that the food will be good and the service prompt and friendly. I've been here several times now, and I've always enjoyed whatever I ordered - once or twice, the fries were less than optimal, but those were rare occasions and the burger was always definitely worthwhile.
