I took my Tige boat to them with interference issues and after being there 5 hours they told me the stereo itself would not come on? It was just one 2 weeks ago. So now I have more than an interference problem. I take them a brand new marine amp and still they find a reason to ask me to purchase up to two more amps from them because this 4 channel one is too big. Really? After driving into town and waiting 1.5 hours, after they tell me a finish time, I take the boat home (15 minutes later) to find that the stereo is cutting off and on. $272 later they say too bad, so sad. Would not recommend. Service recovery is a lost art.

I think everyone should go into his shop and personally meet Mike Jones and his workers, they all care and love their work, and do there absolute best to keep their customers satisfied.
