My laptop and my son's laptop were not working. I took my son's laptop to this repair shop but…read moreunfortunately they weren't able to repair it. So I took them my laptop and thankfully they were able to get it working again and they were able to move my son's stuff from his laptop to mine. We're grateful that they were able to recover most of my son's stuff that he had saved on his laptop. He lost a few things but they weren't a big deal. Being able to access most of everything that was on his laptop was a huge relief!!! They were so nice that they only charged me the diagnosis fee for both laptops.
