Hubbard does NOT warranty their service work! Just bought a 2019 GMC 3500HD truck that went to Hubbard Chevy service 3 times in December/January for a check engine light. They did thousands of $ of fuel injector and wiring harness work and finally cleared the code (CEL). 500 miles later, the CEL comes back on. I call and tell them the situation, and they're happy to schedule an appointment for me. I ask about their warranty on their work, and the service guy say "he has to check," which I force him to do. Seconds later he's back telling me they only warranty to the "original owner." The "original owner/customer" is a dealer who resold the truck immediately. SO, they DON'T actually warranty their work, do they??? And they really just wanted me to schedule service so they could make more money on their failed repairs to this vehicle. Am I going to take this truck to a shop that doesn't stand behind their work? And one that had to see the truck 3 times before they actually fixed it... AND it's still not fixed? Do yourself a favor and take your truck somewhere else. Wentworth is a much better option IMO. I even went outside my state in search of one. In one case, at a dealer in Wa, they had three, but wouldn't sell to me as I was out of state! I spoke with Frank several times about a Chevy Bolt that was in transit and he told me my name was first on the list. I sold my car and went the next day to meet with Frank to talk about when the car would arrive. Frank wouldn't give me a definite time or even an estimate on the car arrival time period. I then spoke to the sales manager and he said we don't have a list and I have five people that want to buy it. I immediately said to him with Frank standing there that Frank had lied to me, told me I was first on the list, and that I should sell my car and then I would be ready to purchase the one coming in. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this car dealer they're a bunch of liars. I went up the road to Wilsonville Chevrolet where they treated me with respect and I was able to purchase a car there within a week. I would send anyone to Wilsonville Chevrolet as they are a first class operation, no pressure, and overall just generally nice people that work there. I went back to Wilsonville Chevrolet a week later and the salesman spent an hour and a half with my wife and I going over all the systems in the car. So here's the best part, my daughters thinking about buying a Chevy Bolt as a second car and my youngest son is thinking about buying a Chevy Bolt. I will send them to meet with Doug my sales consultant at Wilsonville Chevrolet because I know he will treat them with respect. Want to deal with the most shiester shady car dealer I've ever encountered? Then this is the place for you! I was buying a Cadillac from out of state. Already had my own financing, and bought airline tickets to fly in and drive back from Vegas. They quoted a great price and I thought "too good to be true". Well it was. Since they couldn't juice me on the financing (had my own financing) and since they couldn't rob me on the trade in (no trade in) they sold the car to someone else before we had a chance to pick it up. Then the sales manager offered to "help" us find another car but threatened "only if I quit telling him that he was wrong to sell the agreed on car". Since I said that that was bad business he said "Now I'm not even going to help you". Worked out ok in the end cause I bought a Cadillac from Carvana and didn't have to deal with Hubbard's childish, dishonest, unprofessional, sleazy sales department. This is the most incompetent dealer I have ever dealt with. I live 2 hours from them, had an appointment with Frank the salesman to go see a truck. I confirmed my appointment this morning and when I was already an hour and a half away from home Frank called and told me that they sold the truck on Saturday. I would never do business with these guy's as they are truly useless and could care less about you. Service department is great, we had fast prompt service and were treated well by their service team about a year ago, so we decided to stop in today because we were in the market for a pre-owned 2015/2016 Chevy Impala. Unfortunately, we had a TERRIBLE experience today, which resulted in us purchasing from another Oregon Chevrolet Dealership several hours later. We were the only apparent perspective customers looking in the lot around 1pm this afternoon. After browsing the lot for about ten minutes (without being acknowledged), we went inside to find a salesperson. The man who greeted us was friendly, and told us they were short staffed due to lots of people being on vacation. Understandable. This guy tells us he will send someone over to help us. About five minutes later, Josh (name tag)appeared....unsmiling, unfriendly, and clearly not wanting to sell (I say this because he literally didn't introduce himself, or ask how he could help). My husband tried to lighten the mood by saying 'we heard you were short staffed due to vacations,' to which 'Josh' replied 'no, we aren't, the other guy is just at lunch.' Awkward moment ensued. Josh couldn't find the car keys for the vehicle we wanted to test, so he had to go back across the street to retrieve them. Later he expressed his displeasure with us, when my husband said he wanted to test drive a different vehicle, by saying "you only said you wanted to drive one." Needless to say my husband now thinks he could make his millions being a salesman on the side at Hubbard Chevrolet, simply on the basis of being friendly, and treating people the way you want to be treated. Hate to leave a less than stellar review. In short, service team=5 stars, while the 'sales' team gets only 1 star from us based on our experience this afternoon. *One other tip. Came in and bought a truck to pull my large boat last week. The salesperson misquoted the tow rating for the truck I purchased. It was a horrible situation because I had put 500 miles on the truck before service told me that my truck, with its small rear end ratio, would not be able to tow my boat. The sales department was very pleasant during this trying time and they did replace my, now used, truck with an identical replacement. With bigger towing gears, of course. I even got a slightly better finance rate the second time around. I'm sure it was a difficult decision for them to make. It's a loss that probably ate up a lot of their profit margin on that truck. But they did the right thing and really came through for us. They also did so without me having to yell or scream or threaten. It really shows that they have the highest level of integrity. Enough about that. I originally purchased the truck because of the great sales experience I got at Hubbard. The website was well maintained and their pricing was better than the other local dealerships' I saw online. I had walked away from another Chevy dealership because of the high-pressure sales tactics. Hubbard was much more laid back and pleasant. Thanks Frank! I got what, I felt, was a great price without having to haggle. They even gave me more on my trade than I was offered elsewhere. Really enjoyed dealing with Demetrio in finance. After several weeks of shopping for my daughters first car, I became frustrated at the lies and deceit, even from a big well known dealer in Portland! Then someone told me to call Hubbard Chevrolet and Im so glad I did. They treated me like family and helped me into a newer car than I though possible to buy. It was a great deal and an easy process. I bought a 2009 Impala and got the extended two year warranty, all for less monthly payment than just the loan payment would have been at another dealer of non USA based cars. (Update 7/8/2017---that was almost 2 years ago. What I said about dealer stands true---the car is a different issue. DOnt buy a 2009 Impala. Period. Problems that GM knows about and will not fix.
