They are LIARS, THIEVES, and CON ARTISTS to the extent that will make your head spin! $1100 for a transmission that, in total, ended up costing me close to $6700!!!! I took it to another transmission shop that has been rebuilding transmissions for close to 50 years, and I have documentation that states these guy's did nothing.... NOTHING.... I know the tow drivers and their mechanics and they're all nice folks. But, the mega Karen look alike should not be allowed to deal with the general public.
