Unfortunately I cannot recommend this shop. especially if you're a female…read more I went in to get a simple patch for a nail in my tire and told they were dry rotted and would not patch. ended up with four new tires and two new front CV boots. 1800 dollars later, I leave the shop and realize that my driver window button is missing from the door panel. couldn't roll my window up for over 24 hours and then I found it underneath my seat with the connectors broken. I will now have to buy a whole new unit for my door just to be able to roll up my window. On top of that, I had three missing valve stem covers and have proof that it left the shop this way. they're nicest can be when they want to offer you a payment plan for almost $2,000 worth of work but can't keep basic things about your vehicle intact. I would definitely recommend any other shop in town and reading reviews before you go. Don't always take someone's word because you'll end up in the place that I'm in

I needed my Daughter's newly purchased (2011) RAV4 checked out for safety etc…read more The manager made time for me the same day with a smile The mechanic was really professional and friendly Did not try to sell me anything, just let me know the brakes were good for now and they may need attention in the future as the pads had a lot of life left and the rear rotors, while good, may need attention if they start to shudder or squeak He topped up the fluids without being asked to and checked the transmission fluid too The transfer case was an unknown but the mechanic verified it had enough fluid but the joints may need a recheck in the future as they were leaking a bit I asked what the diagnosis charge would be; and the manager waived it This is going to be my Daughter's shop from now on Just an old school honest mechanic shop with professional staff

They allowed us to leave the trailer behind their shop while they hunted for replacement parts for the truck. The manager even used his own car to take us to a nearby hotel where we stayed until the truck was repaired. I can't say enough good things about the care we received from Total Tire and Automotive. Then to my amazement he turned around and reopened the doors for us. The guy's a little slow but you can tell his legs giving a lot of problem. After he got started he made us feel like we're part of the family he talked to us while he was working he kept us laughing the whole time. When he finished we're expecting this real high bill after hours at all. And the only charged me $38 with the disposal for really good looking tire . He smiled, then told me to have a safe evening. When we left there it felt like I was leaving a family member's home.

They got the car right in and I got a call about what the problem was. The brake repair needed, time frame and cost were all included in the call. They were able to evaluate and fix the problem very quickly so we were back in the road.
