Melissa got back to us promptly and scheduled a free estimate, even though this was a very small job. The technician, Aaron, arrived on time and walked us through an inspection of our electronic system, and then the valve boxes outside. He seemed very knowledgeable and was happy to explain things to us along the way. He found and fixed our (apparently) simple leaking solenoid problem. Everything is working fine now. He didn't even charge us. A month later, in October, we scheduled a technician to come out and winterize our system. It took a few calls to coordinate, but then it went very smoothly. The technician was happy to explain all the steps so I can now winterize things myself (if I ever decide to buy my own air compressor). We'll definitely be keeping them in mind if we have any future needs. Their prices seem very reasonable to us.
