We had them come out to fix our hydraulic unit which stays cool with a refrigerated system. We stated numerous time the Freon may be low but they stated that it was fine. The first time the guy came out he spent an hour cleaning the condenser and said that fixed the issue. We had a problem with it overheating. Charged 3 hours! He didn't even stick around to see if that was the issue. Low and behold the unit still overheated. He came out again and brought a friend to watch so that means we were being charged for TWO GUYS!!!!! They spent an hour and a half trying to figure out the problem and said the pump that kicks the fan on was low on oil so they added some more and left. Again didn't even stick around to see if it fixed the issue. It did not. We spent a thousand dollars on those two servicemen and still our hydraulic unit was not working properly. Very poor customer service. I would highly not recommend Arrowhead.
