Signs all over the parking lot. 30 minute parking for customers only will be towed. So I assume they have a parking problem in that area but I did not have one. You entered without stairs. The facility was brightly lit, clean, and well organized. Signage was very clear. I knew exactly where I needed to be. I was greeted kindly when I did arrivr at the store. I found everything I needed all the way from green tea, honey, headache medicine, NyQuil, tissues and chicken noodle soup. They had it all. In and out in a flash. Super thankful they were open.

I have been to this pharmacy several times and get the same treatment every time. Today was the…read morekicker. The lady that came to the drive up window was very rude. As an employer myself I would have fired her right on the spot. As for the "Pharmacist" he kept looking over his shoulder and then acted like he was going to come to the window but obviously either no back bone or maybe I was correct. Meds order was placed New Years eve around 3pm, they closed at 5 and was not opened to till today. I received a text 5:15 NYE stating meds were ready well I went today and she laughed said its supposed to be in on her delivery and then smirked. As I was leaving the truck was in the parking lot. I asked when is the delivery coming in she shrugged her shoulders and said "well it's supposed to be in around 11 but with the holidays I just don't know and I can't give you what I don't have". I then told her just give me what she dose then she mumbled something about she don't under stand why I am being so (her mike went out at this point) I told her I being nothing. then she stapled my scrips and threw then in the drawer. Bet she won't be too successful with that attitude. This Walgreens just lost 12 people just from my side. I RECOMMEND NOT GOING TO THIS WALGREENS BUT TAKE THE DRIVE TO ANOTHER ONE.

That went on for years. Nowadays, this store is a sad skeleton of its impeccable days gone by. Management appears non-existent. The parking lot is falling apart and has potholes that could qualify as a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. The grounds are an utter mess, with hundreds of cigarette buts lining the curbs and broken concrete. The inside is not much better. Back by the pharmacy, the ceiling tiles are stained from water leaks and are complimented with (what appears to be) black mold. The staff here is ok except for one young man who is working a lot. I won't name names but has a huge head of hair that is always unkept and in general, looks like he just rolled out of the gutter. He puts the least amount of effort into his interactions with customers and is not friendly at all. Not a good representation, but then again, look at the rest of the place. It kind of goes along with it. I feel sorry for all of those who have permanently damaged their rims from the gigantic potholes at this place. Corporate should look into this location - It has to shape up around here.

When I arrived in the evening, I was told it was not in stock and on back order. The pharmacist's response was unbelievable he shrugged it off saying, "my people don't know what's in stock." Excuse me? How is a pharmacy not aware of whether life-saving medication is available? It was 9pm, I had no options, and the pharmacist showed zero care or concern. His "solution" was to tell me I could try CVS or Walmart neither of which are open 24/7. Then he had the audacity to say, "well, emergency rooms are open." Are you paying my ER copay? This is not only unprofessional, it's dangerous. This is life-sustaining medication, not a bottle of Tylenol. The lack of accountability, compassion, and basic professionalism from the pharmacist was unacceptable. I genuinely don't know how this individual is trusted to run a pharmacy. Walgreens needs to take a hard look at their standards of care and how their staff are handling patients who rely on them for critical medication.

In the past I've asked for similar and there was no hesitation. I had a sleeping baby in the car so didn't want to have to get out of the vehicle. Complaint: Madi, pharmacy tech, said I would need to come inside for the Claritin because she was busy. There was 1 person behind me and 1 at the counter inside on a Sunday evening. This did not sit well as it sounds like she was too busy to help me and wanted to service other people - I felt rushed out the door. This is not the type of service I want to experience every month when I pick up my medications. You might get half of your medications but at a cost of poor customer service. Very disappointing.
