After months of going to the pharmacy, I was given an option of paying and getting 3 months supply... I found out that they were not even using my health insurance. When I told the owner that I had had a terrible time with his employees and that nobody seemed to care, he put me on hold for 8 and 1/2 minutes. After I told him that I was in a depressive episode with suicidal ideation. He left me for 8 and 1/2 minutes... I just want my depression medication. They just want my money and they want no responsibility. This location does not care. If you are a human being looking to be treated as such, please avoid this location. They are awful.

After mentioning to the pharmacy tech that our dog was really bad about taking pills, she offered to make the compounded prescription in a liquid form. Found out after picking it up that they went an even extra step and flavored it with chicken broth. Very kind gesture! They also texted me as soon as it was ready. Would definitely use them again!

In the world of chain pharmacies- this is not done. One of the major chain stores will not even honor requests for specific manufacturers of generic drugs. By law, these generic medications are allowed a 40% leeway from the original formula. Your heart medication or seizure medication if generic, only has to be 40% as effective- and they are selling it to you. If that's not disturbing enough, these chains will switch to the least expensive (to the chains) every month. It's vulgar, dangerous, and dehumanizing.
