I have been to this pharmacy several times and get the same treatment every time. Today was the kicker. The lady that came to the drive up window was very rude. As an employer myself I would have fired her right on the spot. As for the "Pharmacist" he kept looking over his shoulder and then acted like he was going to come to the window but obviously either no back bone or maybe I was correct. Meds order was placed New Years eve around 3pm, they closed at 5 and was not opened to till today. I received a text 5:15 NYE stating meds were ready well I went today and she laughed said its supposed to be in on her delivery and then smirked. As I was leaving the truck was in the parking lot. I asked when is the delivery coming in she shrugged her shoulders and said "well it's supposed to be in around 11 but with the holidays I just don't know and I can't give you what I don't have". I then told her just give me what she dose then she mumbled something about she don't under stand why I am being so (her mike went out at this point) I told her I being nothing. then she stapled my scrips and threw then in the drawer. Bet she won't be too successful with that attitude. This Walgreens just lost 12 people just from my side. I RECOMMEND NOT GOING TO THIS WALGREENS BUT TAKE THE DRIVE TO ANOTHER ONE. read more

I went in to pick up my medication around 5-5:30pm and to my dismay the pharmacist was wearing her mask around her chin. I think we all know that the mask has to cover the mouth and nose to be considered effective ESPECIALLY around medications that could be used by people who are immunocompromised. I sincerely hope this location is monitoring this more carefully because we are in a pandemic. Do better. read more

At first I was only coming here to pick up Big Sis's prescriptions. And if there was a wait, it was short. I sat and read my book -- usually just a couple pages. When I've just been picking up her scripts, she's got an Express Charge, so all I need to provide is her phone number. First time, I panicked, but got my wits about me and checked my phone, and nailed it. And we've done the drive-through. Big Sis is a frequent flyer, so when they see me in the driver seat, but look across to see Big Sis, they know it's legit. Last number of times, I've worked the aisles a bit and done some damage in Cosmetics -- with the assistance of the Cosmetician, who knows a whole bunch more about this stuff than I do. And she has found some lotions I was seeking and couldn't find. She knows where her "stuff" is. And she found me the scent Miss C. was sporting on one of our outings, and I liked it. This woman is incredibly helpful and personable. She's got good style. read more
