Shelly proceeded to tell me that in order to fix problem they would have to charge me 1900$ to drop the transmission and only then could they give me a price. What!?!? I am a woman of little means but that's not the issue. I did not do this after she told me it was going to be close to 7000$ to fix. So had I had them drop it and then chose not to go forward I would still he out 1900$. I feel they have you by the short hairs whether you chose to have them fix it or not. I was shocked n did talk to other companies and they do not charge the 1900$ just to drop it I did choose another company that was thousands cheaper. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me.

I had been told by a dealer that the entire fuel return assembly would need to be replaced and the cost to do that would be $600. The diesel tech at Miller's checked out the truck. Much to my surprise when he returned to the waiting area he said it is fixed. Needless to say it wasn't the fuel return assembly. It was a loose high pressure fuel line that needed to be tightened. I've taken six vehicles to Certified for repairs over the last 10 years since moving to Oldham County. Since Steve sold the business a year or more ago, I was a little apprehensive to say the least because the service had been exceptional. Steve assured me I would get the same service from Nate, the new owner. There's been a huge turnover in the last year due to retirements, health issues etc. However, I still take my vehicles there because the service hasn't changed. Just as promised. The main replacement personnel are just as good or better. Honestly, integrity found there. They warrant their work! The two negative 1 Star reviews should be ignored. There must have been some miscommunication going on there in both those cases.

The same issue happened again 11 days later. We took it in to get fixed. Fourteen days later, they told me I would need a new engine. I had to take it to the dealer to do the job again and fix everything they left taken apart or damaged. A $5000 repair turned into an additional $10000 repair. My appeals to them to make it right were ignored. Until they get some competent people working for them, I would recommend you find another place for service.
