After spending $850+ to remove some simple mold surrounding the air vents, not only did Johnny damage the ceiling and paint, the mold came back in less than 2 weeks. When I asked about the "anti-microbial enzymes", Johnny said it would last for a minimum of 6 months. When I called back after it came back in 10 days, he got super defensive and rude. He blamed it on something else, like insulation. He apparently didnt understand that I wanted to solve the problem not just temporarily cover it up for a week and a half.
