Instead, they reviewed photos and immediately denied responsibility, even suggesting the damage happened elsewhere--despite the fact that I have a membership at their location. This is not a professional way to handle a claim. After reviewing the images, a reasonable next step would have been to invite me to their office to examine the damage directly, but that did not happen. I provided screenshots from a video clearly showing scratches, yet they continue to deny responsibility without offering any in-person assessment. They are relying on video footage taken from far away, on a wet surface, which barely shows the scratches. Anyone with basic understanding would know that wet surfaces and distance obscure fine details like brush or scratch marks--these are only visible up close. I requested an address to bring my car in and show the damage in person, but they have not provided that either. At this point, the issue is not only the damage to my vehicle, but also how dismissively and irresponsibly my claim has been handled.

The Groupon cost covered interior detailing, and when we picked up our car, the interior of an eight year old vehicle looked and smelled brand new. The owner was easy to contact to set up the appointment, and very personable in our interactions with him. I know if we had chosen the full package, we would have benefitted from their attention to the small details. We had a great experience.
